基于有限元法的平面包络环面蜗杆副的力学特性研究

【摘要】:平面包络环面蜗杆传动副是被广泛应用的齿轮传动,具有承载能力强,耐磨损,寿命长的特点,能适应高速重载的工作要求。但是目前其强度设计方法还不成熟,还没有被学界广泛接受的强度设计公式。本文研究平面包络环面蜗杆副的齿间载荷分布规律,以及接触载荷沿接触线的分布规律等力学特性,对于今后建立平面包络环面蜗杆副的强度设计公式打下了基础。 本文基于齿轮啮合原理、计算机辅助设计、齿轮接触分析、非线性有限元分析理论,以计算机辅助设计和有限元分析为手段,提出了便于工程应用的平面包络环面蜗杆副三维实体的建模方法,并对平面包络环面蜗杆传动的接触力学性能进行了深入细致的研究。 论文的主要研究内容如下: ①基于齿轮啮合原理,推导了平面一次包络环面蜗杆副的接触线方程,和蜗杆的齿面方程,并建立了精确的平面一次包络环面蜗杆副的三维实体模型。根据蜗杆齿面为直纹曲面的特点,提出了一种新的建模思路,利用UG可以高效地建立精确的蜗杆模型。 ②研究了平面二次包络环面蜗杆副的三维实体建模方法。以齿轮加工中的范成法为理论基础,提出了用虚拟加工法来建立蜗轮模型的方法。利用UG的二次开发语言GRIP,开发了用于建立平面二次包络环面蜗轮的程序,可以方便地完成平面二次包络环面蜗杆副的三维实体建模。 ③基于非线性有限单元法,研究了平面一次包络蜗杆副的力学性能。发现接触载荷从啮入到啮出过程是逐渐减小的。本文还研究了母平面倾角β对于齿间接触载荷分布的影响,发现在蜗杆齿面不出现非啮合区的前提下,β较大时载荷分布更均匀。 ④利用自适应网格重划技术,研究了平面一次包络环面蜗杆副的接触载荷沿接触线的分布规律。接触线两端的载荷较大,而占较大区域的中部载荷较小,而且分布均匀。 ⑤基于非线性有限单元法,研究了平面二次包络环面蜗杆副的力学性能。发现与一次包络相同,接触载荷从啮入到啮出是逐渐变小的。每对轮齿都是双线接触,接触线两端的接触载荷较大,而接触线上的其他部分接触载荷相对较小,而且分布比较均匀。
[Abstract]:The planar enveloping toroidal worm gearing is widely used in gear transmission. It has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity, wear resistance, long life, and can meet the requirements of high speed and heavy load. However, the strength design method is not mature, and there is no widely accepted strength design formula. In this paper, the distribution law of load between teeth and the distribution of contact load along the contact line of the planar enveloping toroidal worm pair are studied, which lays a foundation for the establishment of the strength design formula of the planar enveloping toroidal worm pair in the future. This paper is based on the theory of gear meshing, computer aided design, gear contact analysis, nonlinear finite element analysis and computer aided design and finite element analysis. A 3D solid modeling method for planar enveloping toroidal worm gearing is presented, and the contact mechanical properties of planar enveloping toroidal worm gearing are studied in detail. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1 based on the gear meshing principle, the contact line equation of the planar primary enveloping toroidal worm pair and the tooth surface equation of the worm are derived. An accurate three-dimensional solid model of a plane-one-order enveloping toroidal worm pair is established. According to the characteristic that the worm tooth surface is straight surface, a new modeling idea is put forward, and the accurate worm model can be established efficiently by using UG. 2 the 3D solid modeling method of planar quadratic enveloping toroidal worm pair is studied. Based on the model of gear machining, a method of establishing worm gear model by virtual machining method is presented in this paper. By using the secondary development language GRIPof UG, a program for the establishment of planar quadratic enveloping toroidal worm gear is developed. The 3D solid modeling of planar quadratic enveloping toroidal worm pair can be easily completed. 3 based on nonlinear finite element method, The mechanical properties of the planar primary enveloping worm pair are studied. It is found that the contact load decreases gradually from the process of entry to exit. The influence of the parent plane inclination 尾 on the contact load distribution between teeth is also studied. It is found that when 尾 is larger, the load distribution is more uniform when the worm tooth surface does not have a non-meshing region. 4 Adaptive mesh redrawing technique is used. The distribution of contact load along the contact line of a planar primary enveloping toroidal worm pair is studied. The load at the two ends of the contact line is larger, but the load in the middle of the contact line is small, and the distribution is even. 5 based on the nonlinear finite element method, the mechanical properties of the planar quadratic enveloping toroidal worm pair are studied. It is found that the contact load decreases gradually from entry to exit of the first envelope. Each pair of gear teeth is double-wire contact, the contact load at both ends of the contact line is larger, while the contact load on the other parts of the contact line is relatively small, and the distribution is relatively uniform.
