曲柄群机构的动平衡条件分析

【摘要】:针对曲柄群机构动平衡方法研究的不足,将质量矩替代法和动量矩替代法相结合推导出曲柄群驱动机构摆动力和摆动力矩完全平衡条件,得出连杆桁架作用在相邻曲柄上的附加质量矩和附加动量矩公式以及二副杆树系统的摆动力和摆动力矩完全平衡条件。将曲柄群机构的动平衡问题归结为求解一个线性方程组而实现机构力和力矩的平衡,同时还得出此类机构只施加配重而不需附加惯性配重机构就可实现机构动平衡,该动平衡方法的应用对物理样机的实验方案设计和配重参数的选择都具有较强的理论指导意义。
[Abstract]:In view of the insufficiency of the research on the dynamic balance method of the crank group mechanism, the mass moment substitution method and the momentum moment substitution method are combined to derive the full balance condition of the pendulum and swing moments of the crank group driving mechanism, and the additional mass moment and additional momentum moment formula of the connecting rod truss acting on the adjacent crank as well as the swing power of the two vice pole tree system are obtained. The dynamic balance of the oscillating moment is completely balanced. The balance of the dynamic balance of the crank group mechanism is reduced to the solution of a linear equation group, and the balance of the force and torque is realized. At the same time, the dynamic balance of the mechanism can be realized without the additional inertia weight mechanism. The application of the dynamic balance method to the experiment of the physical prototype Case design and weight parameter selection have strong theoretical guiding significance.
