水下呼吸器用调节阀的设计改进

【摘要】:为降低水下呼吸器用调节阀的吸气阻力,在充分分析调节阀工作原理和吸气阻力形成机理的基础上,对原有调节阀的阀芯结构进行了设计改进。并对新型调节阀进行了受力分析研究,建立了调节阀的吸气阻力求解模型。理论计算和试验研究表明:新型调节阀的吸气阻力由1321 Pa降低为806 Pa,大大提高了调节阀的使用性能;吸气阻力理论计算值和实际测试值的误差在合理范围内,新型调节阀的吸气阻力求解模型可为其结构设计和参数优化提供一定的理论基础。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the suction resistance of the regulating valve for the underwater breathing apparatus , the valve core structure of the original regulating valve is designed and improved on the basis of the full analysis of the working principle of the regulating valve and the formation mechanism of the suction resistance . The theoretical calculation and experimental study show that the suction resistance of the new regulating valve is reduced to 806 Pa from 13Pa , the use performance of the regulating valve is greatly improved , and the calculation value of the suction resistance and the error of the actual test value are within a reasonable range , and the suction resistance solution model of the novel regulating valve can provide a certain theoretical basis for the structural design and the parameter optimization .
