MAX_DOAS蜗轮蜗杆传动多目标优化设计

【摘要】:针对MAX_DOAS关键转动部件蜗轮蜗杆传动存在的问题,建立了其多目标优化数学模型,利用线性加权和法将各分目标函数转化为评价函数并根据工程应用技术需求重要度确定各分目标函数权系数。利用科学计算软件求解多目标优化问题,并对一种工程应用环境下的优化结构进行分析以验证其优化结果的合理性。结果表明,优化结构很好地满足设计要求,证明了该优化方法的合理性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of worm gear and worm drive, which is the key rotating part of MAXDOAs, the mathematical model of multi-objective optimization is established. By using the linear weighted sum method, the sub-objective function is transformed into an evaluation function and the weight coefficients of each sub-objective function are determined according to the importance of engineering application technical requirements. The multi-objective optimization problem is solved by using scientific computing software, and the optimization structure in an engineering application environment is analyzed to verify the rationality of the optimization results. The results show that the optimized structure meets the design requirements well and proves the rationality of the optimization method.
