基于Inventor API的轴类零件快速设计系统的研究和开发

【摘要】:对三维CAD软件进行的二次开发,为企业提供了专业化的产品软件,在更高层面上推广和应用设计软件,另一方面也提高了企业对产品的设计效率。轴类零件特征相似,在各个领域应用广泛。本文利用Autodesk公司开发的三维软件Inventor,并以其VBA程序接口开发了轴类零件辅助设计系统。系统融入了设计者的设计理念和意图,大大节约了设计的时间,降低了设计成本,从而提高企业的竞争力。系统对轴类零件的特征进行分析,创建了参数化快速建模方法,并对建模结果进行材料设定,渲染设定,最后创建计算分析模块对设计结果进行结构分析,从而优化设计结果。最后结合实际情况,利用所开发软件创建了一根典型轴,并对结果进行属性设置和计算分析,证明了软件的优越性和实用性。
[Abstract]:The secondary development of 3D CAD software provides the specialized product software for the enterprise, popularizes and applies the design software in the higher level, on the other hand, also improves the enterprise's design efficiency to the product. Shaft parts have similar features and are widely used in various fields. In this paper, an assistant design system for shaft parts is developed by using the 3D software Inventordeveloped by Autodesk Company and its program interface. The system integrates the designer's design idea and intention, greatly saves the design time, reduces the design cost, thus enhances the enterprise's competition ability. The system analyzes the characteristics of shaft parts, establishes a fast parameterized modeling method, and sets up the material and rendering of the modeling results. Finally, a calculation and analysis module is created to analyze the structure of the design results, thereby optimizing the design results. Finally, a typical axis is created by using the developed software, and the result is set up and calculated and analyzed, which proves the superiority and practicability of the software.
