葫芦式起重机优化设计系统的研究

【摘要】:葫芦式起重机是除桥式起重机外又一类在工业生产中起着重要作用的起重机运输机械。近年来随着CAD技术、参数化和模块化设计方法在起重机行业的不断应用,从根本上改变了传统的设计模式,缩短了产品的生产周期,大大提高了产品的设计效率;尤其是优化设计方法的应用,使得产品的质量和经济性有了很大提高,在市场中更具有竞争力。 目前针对桥式起重机的设计已经有很多完整CAD设计系统,这些起重机设计系统要么是以AutoCAD为平台的二维CAD系统,要么基SolidWorks的三维CAD系统,也有一些带有优化设计功能的设计系统,但在应用范围甚广的葫芦式起重机领域却很少。 本文以单梁桥架结构的葫芦式起重机为研究对象,在分析研究现有的起重机设计系统的基础上研究开发了一套具有优化设计等功能的综合设计系统。这套系统以VC++6.0软件为开发平台,通过软件集成技术将AutoCAD、SolidWorks和MATLAB软件集成到一起,,实现了结构设计计算、截面尺寸优化、零部件及桥架的三维模型、二维工程图形及设计说明书的自动生成,使产品的设计满足成本低、周期短、系列化等要求,同时也对起重机综合设计系统的进一步研究具有重大的意义。另外,本文还提出了参数化设计过程中遇到图形和表格时的处理方法,介绍了曲线拟合在图形和表格处理时的具体应用。
[Abstract]:Hoist crane is a kind of crane transportation machinery which plays an important role in industrial production besides bridge crane. In recent years, with the continuous application of CAD technology, parameterized and modular design methods in crane industry, the traditional design mode has been fundamentally changed, the production cycle of products has been shortened, and the design efficiency of products has been greatly improved. Especially the application of optimization design method makes the quality and economy of the product greatly improved and more competitive in the market. At present, there are many complete CAD design systems for bridge cranes. These crane design systems are either 2D CAD systems based on AutoCAD or 3D CAD systems based on SolidWorks. There are also some design systems with optimal design function, but they are rarely used in the field of hoist crane. Based on the analysis and research of the existing crane design system, a comprehensive design system with the function of optimization design is developed in this paper, taking the hoist crane with single beam bridge frame structure as the research object, and based on the analysis and research of the existing crane design system. The system is developed on the platform of VC 6.0, and the software of AutoCAD SolidWorks and MATLAB is integrated through the technology of software integration, which realizes the structural design and calculation, the optimization of section size, the 3D model of components and bridge frame. The automatic generation of 2D engineering graphics and design instructions makes the design of the product meet the requirements of low cost, short period and serialization. It is also of great significance to the further study of the comprehensive design system of cranes. In addition, this paper also puts forward the processing method of graph and table in parameterized design process, and introduces the concrete application of curve fitting in graph and table processing.
