【摘要】:本文主要研究基于几何过程的两种失效状态系统的预防维修策略。 首先,本文在文献[40]基础上增加预防性维修,并假定系统预防维修时间间隔为一定值,系统失效方式按可修复失效和不可修复失效。可修复失效可以进行失效修复,而不可修复失效使系统报废只能进行替换。在此基础上,求解平均费用率C(N)的表达式和最优维修策略N’,并通过实际数据验证维修策略的实用性。 其次,考虑让系统预防维修的时间间隔成为一个变化的值。在系统运行的过程当中,当可靠度降至R时,系统就进行预防维修。建立关于可修复失效次数N的预防维修策略,给出平均费用率的表达式。并给出一算例,得到最优预防维修策略N‘及相应的平均费用率。 最后,在相同的条件下,与文献[40]的模型进行比较,得出预防性维修策略更为合适。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preventive maintenance strategies of two failure state systems based on geometric processes are studied. Firstly, preventive maintenance is added on the basis of reference [40], and the system preventive maintenance interval is assumed to be a certain value, and the failure mode of the system is repairable and irrepairable. Repairable failures can be repaired, but irreparable failures can only be replaced by system scrapping. On this basis, the expression of average cost rate C (N) and the optimal maintenance strategy N are solved, and the practicability of the maintenance strategy is verified by actual data. Second, consider making the system preventive maintenance interval a variable value. During the operation of the system, the system carries out preventive maintenance when the reliability drops to R. The preventive maintenance strategy for the number of repairable failures N is established and the expression of the average cost rate is given. An example is given to obtain the optimal preventive maintenance strategy N 'and the corresponding average cost rate. Finally, under the same conditions and compared with the model in reference [40], it is concluded that preventive maintenance strategy is more suitable.
