基于模糊商空间理论的典型工艺路线获取方法

【摘要】：为了高效地从CAPP数据库中挖掘出典型工艺路线,提出一种应用模糊商空间理论进行典型工艺路线获取的方法。首先基于特征建立零件工艺路线相似度的评价模型,并应用模糊商空间理论构建零件工艺路线的分层递阶结构;然后采用信息熵对分层递阶结构中的工艺路线粒度空间进行定量描述,并根据信息增益和最低工艺路线相似度来确定最优粒度空间;最后对最优粒度空间中工艺路线粒进行处理,找到粒内工艺路线的最长公共子序列,得到典型工艺路线。应用实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to efficiently mine typical process routes from CAPP database, a method of obtaining typical process routes using fuzzy quotient space theory is proposed. Firstly, based on the feature, the evaluation model of part process route similarity is established, and the hierarchical structure of part process route is constructed by using fuzzy quotient space theory. Then the information entropy is used to quantitatively describe the granularity space of the process route in the hierarchical structure, and the optimal granularity space is determined according to the information gain and the minimum process path similarity. Finally, the process route grains in the optimal particle size space are treated, and the longest common sub-sequences of the intragranular process routes are found, and the typical process routes are obtained. The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by an example.
