风力发电机组齿轮传动系统的仿真研究

【摘要】:风电产业在国内外的迅速发展,促成了风电装备制造业的繁荣。齿轮增速箱作为风电机组的核心部件,倍受国内外相关行业以及研究机构的关注。但由于国内风电齿轮箱的研究起步较晚,技术环节薄弱,特别是兆瓦级的风电齿轮箱,主要依靠引进国外技术。因此,急需自主开发研究兆瓦级风电齿轮箱,掌握其设计制造技术,以实现风机国产化目标。 本文以2MW风电机组齿轮箱为研究对象,对其结构及运动特性进行仿真研究。主要完成以下工作: (1)根据风电机组齿轮箱实物来确定齿轮箱结构参数,采用SolidWorks三维造型软件建立齿轮箱实体模型以及简化后用以仿真和有限元分析的模型。 (2)对齿轮箱传动系统刚性模型进行运动学及动力学分析,得到其位移、速度、加速度及载荷变化曲线,确定模型的可行性及输出载荷文件。 (3)通过ANSYS方法建立低速轴和输出轴的模态中性文件(mnf文件),随后建立齿轮箱传动系统刚柔耦合模型并进行不同输入状态下的仿真,可更加直观的观察应力变化以及输出相关曲线。 (4)对齿轮箱关键部件进行ANSYS分析。通过对齿轮箱体整体进行了模态分析,得到固有特性,探讨如何避免发生共振的问题,研究了齿轮箱的支承方式;对低速级行星轮系进行模态分析与瞬态动力学分析,根据分析结果分析如何抑制振动。 (5)对行星轮系齿轮接触分析。先利用常规算法进行理论分析计算,再利用ANSYS对斜齿轮啮合接触进行有限元分析计算,并将两者加以对比分析;另外,分析影响接触应力的接触参数。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of wind power industry at home and abroad has contributed to the prosperity of wind power equipment manufacturing industry. As the core part of wind turbine, gearbox has attracted much attention from related industries and research institutions at home and abroad. However, the research of domestic wind power gearbox is late and the technical link is weak. Especially the megawatt wind power gearbox mainly depends on the introduction of foreign technology. Therefore, it is urgent to develop and study the megawatt wind power gearbox, master the design and manufacture technology, and realize the goal of blower localization. In this paper, the structure and motion characteristics of 2 MW wind turbine gearbox are simulated. The main works are as follows: (1) determine the structural parameters of the gearbox according to the gearbox of wind turbine. The solid model of gearbox and the simplified model used for simulation and finite element analysis are established by SolidWorks software. (2) the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the rigid model of gearbox transmission system is carried out, and the displacement and velocity of the rigid model of gearbox transmission system are obtained. Acceleration and load change curve, The feasibility of the model and the output load file are determined. (3) the modal neutral file (mnf file) of the low-speed shaft and the output shaft is established by ANSYS method, and then the rigid-flexible coupling model of the gearbox transmission system is established and simulated under different input states. The stress change and the output curve can be observed more intuitively. (4) the key parts of the gearbox are analyzed by ANSYS. Through the modal analysis of the whole body of the gear box, the inherent characteristics are obtained, the problem of how to avoid resonance is discussed, the supporting mode of the gear box is studied, and the modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis of the planetary gear train of low speed stage are carried out. According to the analysis results, how to suppress vibration. (5) the contact analysis of planetary gear train. Firstly, the conventional algorithm is used for theoretical analysis and calculation, then the finite element method is used to calculate the meshing contact of helical gears by ANSYS, and the two are compared and analyzed. In addition, the contact parameters that affect the contact stress are analyzed.
