通机产品售后质量反馈信息网络化协同处理支持系统

【摘要】:通机产品是包括通用发电机组、水泵、割草机等以热动力为核心的机械设备,具有结构复杂、种类多等特点。通机产品使用过程中的工作连续性、可靠性和稳定性要求较高,一旦产品出现质量问题,客户对质量反馈信息处理响应的及时性要求高。当前,我国通机制造企业售后质量反馈信息的处理大都采用传统串行处理方式,导致信息处理效率低、响应周期长、客户满意度低等问题,给客户造成了严重的经济损失和影响。因此,通机制造企业如何实现产品售后质量反馈信息的有效和快速处理,对维持和提高客户满意度,增强企业综合竞争力有着极其重要的意义。 首先,论文在分析通机产品售后质量反馈信息处理现状和需求的基础上,提出了一种通机产品售后质量反馈信息全生命周期网络化协同处理模式,并构建了一种从通机产品售后质量反馈信息受理、采集、传递、处理到监控的全生命周期网络化协同处理支持系统的体系结构、功能体系和运行流程。 在以上总体技术研究的基础上,建立了通机产品售后质量反馈信息全生命周期网络化协同处理系统实现的技术框架,并对系统实现的部分关键技术进行了研究,包括基于Web Services的售后质量反馈信息全生命周期网络化协同处理业务流程配置与重用、基于移动通信接口技术的售后质量反馈信息处理提示实时传递方法和网络化协同处理动态监控等关键技术。 最后,基于以上研究,设计和开发了一套通机产品售后质量反馈信息全生命周期网络化协同处理支持系统,并在重庆某通机制造企业进行实施和应用,取得了良好应用效果。
[Abstract]:Ventilator products include general-purpose generating sets, water pumps, lawn mowers and other mechanical equipment with thermal power as the core, with complex structure and many kinds of characteristics. The work continuity, reliability and stability in the process of using the product are very high. Once the product has a quality problem, the customer requests the timely response of the quality feedback information processing. At present, the traditional serial processing method is mostly used in the processing of after-sale quality feedback information in our country's machinery manufacturing enterprises, which leads to low efficiency of information processing, long response period, low customer satisfaction and so on. To the customer caused serious economic loss and impact. Therefore, how to realize the effective and rapid processing of after-sale quality feedback information in the manufacturing enterprises is of great significance to maintain and improve customer satisfaction and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the current situation and demand of the quality feedback information processing after sale of the products, a networked collaborative processing mode of the whole life cycle of the quality feedback information after the sale of the products is put forward in this paper. The architecture, function system and running flow of the networked collaborative processing support system for the whole life cycle from receiving, collecting, transferring, processing to monitoring the quality feedback information after sale of the machine products are constructed. On the basis of the overall technical research above, the technical framework of the network collaborative processing system for the whole life cycle of the quality feedback information of the product after sale is established, and some key technologies of the system are studied. It includes the configuration and reuse of web services-based after-sales quality feedback information, the whole lifecycle networked collaborative processing business process configuration and reuse. Based on the mobile communication interface technology, the key technologies such as real-time transmission method of after-sale quality feedback information processing and dynamic monitoring of networked cooperative processing are discussed. Finally, based on the above research, a set of networked collaborative processing support system for after-sale quality feedback information of machine products is designed and developed. The system is implemented and applied in a certain manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing, and good application results have been obtained.
