U形吊臂的成型工艺研究

【摘要】:随着汽车起重机工业的飞速发展,汽车起重机的起重量越来越大,随着起重量的增大,对臂架的要求也越来越高,要求臂架既承载高又要重量轻,这就使得对臂架的截面形状提出很多改进措施;但随着臂架截面形状的复杂性,其加工制作的要求也更高,甚至有的难以达到设计要求。 本课题主要研究U形臂的制造工艺与方法。以板材弯曲时弹、塑性变形过程,弯曲回弹现象为依据研究其影响因素,找出U形臂成形工艺方法和成形模具参数。通过有限元分析、理论计算和工艺试验等方法,确定了U形截面折弯弯曲工序的主要工艺参数,并且分析该工艺方法所引起的理论误差,其结果表明,该工艺方法满足设计要求。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the automobile crane industry, the lifting weight of the truck crane becomes larger and larger. With the increase of the lifting weight, the requirements for the boom are becoming higher and higher, requiring the boom to be both high and light. However, with the complexity of the section shape of the boom, the manufacturing requirements are higher, and some of them are difficult to meet the design requirements. This paper mainly studies the manufacturing technology and method of U-arm. Based on the study of the influencing factors of elastic deformation and springback in bending process of sheet metal, the forming process and die parameters of U-shaped arm are found out. By means of finite element analysis, theoretical calculation and process test, the main technological parameters of U-section bending process are determined, and the theoretical errors caused by this process are analyzed. The results show that, The process meets the design requirements.
