对一类碰摩转子系统非线性动力学行为的研究

【摘要】:碰摩问题主要指转子和静轴之间的碰撞摩擦引起的系统失稳或者故障,对于具有线性刚度的碰摩问题,已经有很多的学者做了研宄,但是,随着现代工业的快速发展,其动力学行为也越来越趋于复杂化,用线性化理论已经无法解释转子的各种动力学现象。国内外学者开始着手研宄碰摩转子系统的非线性动力学行为,这样就促使非线性理论在转子动力学方面的极大发展。 转子的稳定性始终是动力学研宄的重点,,为了比较浅显的解释碰摩转子的动力学行为,本文在只考虑碰摩条件下,分析频率比、刚度比,阻尼因数以及偏心量对转子响应的影响;另外对碰摩系统在油膜力作用下的动力学行为也进行了研宄,对于非对称油膜力作用下碰摩系统的动力学行为也进行了探讨分析,文章主要采用的方法是对微分方程无量纲化,进而应用数值模拟的方法,对碰摩系统的分岔图、时域图、庞加莱映射图等进行了较为详细的分析,解释了非线性特性产生的原因,为更深入研宄碰摩转子系统提供了依据。 最后,总结文章所做主要的工作,提出研宄过程中存在的问题和不足,为今后能够更好地研宄碰摩转子系统提供研宄方向。
[Abstract]:The rub-impact problem mainly refers to the system instability or failure caused by the collision and friction between the rotor and the static shaft. For the rub-impact problem with linear stiffness, many scholars have studied it, but with the rapid development of modern industry, The dynamic behavior of the rotor becomes more and more complicated, and the linearization theory can not explain the dynamic phenomena of the rotor. Scholars at home and abroad have begun to study the nonlinear dynamic behavior of rub-impact rotor system, which promotes the development of nonlinear theory in rotor dynamics. The stability of rotor is always the focus of dynamic research. In order to explain the dynamic behavior of rub-impact rotor simply, the frequency ratio and stiffness ratio are analyzed under the condition of only considering rub-impact. The effects of damping factor and eccentricity on rotor response, the dynamic behavior of rub-impact system under the action of oil film force, and the dynamic behavior of rub-impact system under asymmetric oil film force are also studied. The main method of this paper is dimensionless differential equation, and then the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the bifurcation diagram, time-domain diagram and Poincare map of rub-impact system in detail. The causes of nonlinear characteristics are explained, which provides a basis for further study of rub-impact rotor systems. Finally, the main work of the paper is summarized, and the problems and shortcomings in the research process are put forward, which can provide a research direction for the better research of rub-impact rotor system in the future.
