烧结机料槽布料闸门微调液压系统设计及仿真

【摘要】:烧结机料槽布料装置是在烧结过程中按照生产工艺要求把混匀后的烧结混和料从料槽中布到烧结台车上面。布料质量直接影响着料面点火情况、煤气消耗和固体燃料消耗,影响着成品烧结矿的质量。 本文针对布料装置的工艺要求和设备情况,确定布料闸门微调液压系统控制方案。布料闸门控制由液压缸驱动,所设计液压系统采用电液伺服三通阀控制非对称缸方式对闸门位置进行调节。同时确定了伺服系统主要元件规格和型号,建立了伺服系统的数学模型。 确定了积分分离PID控制策略。运用MATLAB软件的Simulink工具包对闸门微调液压伺服系统进行仿真,得到系统在时域内的响应曲线和频域内的Bode图,并分析、计算了系统的动态特性和稳定性。结果表明系统运行平稳、响应快,满足混和料布料闸门启闭及时、布料平稳均匀的工艺要求。 本文还介绍了一种液压油体积弹性模量的测量方法。最后说明布料装置采用PLC自动控制系统。
[Abstract]:In the sintering process, the sintered material is distributed from the tank to the sintered car according to the requirements of the production process. The quality of the distribution directly affects the ignition of the material surface, the consumption of gas and solid fuel, and the quality of the finished sinter. In this paper, according to the technological requirements and equipment conditions of the distribution device, the hydraulic system control scheme for fine adjustment of the distribution gate is determined. The hydraulic control of the distribution gate is driven by the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic system adopts the electro-hydraulic servo three-way valve to control the unsymmetrical cylinder to adjust the position of the gate. At the same time, the specifications and models of the main components of the servo system are determined, and the mathematical model of the servo system is established. The integral separation pid control strategy is determined. The Simulink toolkit of MATLAB software is used to simulate the hydraulic servo system with fine tuning of the gate. The response curve in time domain and Bode diagram in frequency domain are obtained. The dynamic characteristics and stability of the system are calculated. The results show that the system runs smoothly, responds quickly, and meets the technical requirements of timely opening and closing of the mixing material gate and smooth and uniform distribution. This paper also introduces a method of measuring the bulk elastic modulus of hydraulic oil. Finally, the PLC automatic control system is used in the distribution device.
