面向大规模定制的电机柔性生产计划研究
[Abstract]:The purpose of mass customization is to provide customized products to customers at the cost and speed of mass production, which has gradually become the mainstream mode of production in the 21st century. On the basis of discussing the related technologies of mass customization, this paper studies the production process oriented product family information model, flexible production planning system and the relevant theory and method of ERP system under the mass customization mode. In this paper, the definition, characteristics and work flow of production mode according to order are described, and the concept and research direction of flexible production planning management are put forward, the characteristics and significance of flexibility are introduced, and the functional requirements of production planning management subsystem are analyzed. The hierarchical data flow diagram is used to analyze the complex relationship between the data and the function structure module of the subsystem is designed. On the basis of fully understanding the principle of MPS, this paper further analyzes some problems existing in MPS module, and studies the flexibility of MPS through three aspects: inventory control, freezing of main production plan and demand flexibility variable. According to the type of motor product, construction and production process, the product family model of three-phase asynchronous motor is established, and the selection principle and configuration rule of this kind of product are studied. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of common bill of materials construction and traditional bill of materials, proposes a new BOM structure to improve the traditional BOM structure, and analyzes the role of production planning in ERP system. The key technologies of production planning and the production planning requirements of the order production, according to the production order production model for production planning. In the form of case study, a prototype system of ERP based on order production mode is selected, and the production planning simulation of the system is carried out to verify the correctness and feasibility of the research results.
