往复压缩机的无级气量调节原理研究及工程应用

【摘要】:往复压缩机属于化工过程工业中最重要的大型设备之一,在工艺过程中需要消耗巨大的能量,由于工艺过程的变化,对与气量的要求并不是一成不变的,这就需要对压缩机进行调节,目前在大型压缩机上应用比较广泛的调节方式主要是旁路调节,但是回流的气体是经过压缩的,压缩机的能耗并没有降低,国内外学者普遍比较青睐并着力探究的调节方法是部分行程顶开进气阀的气量调节方法。 本文主要以奥地利贺尔碧格公司研发的HydroCOM系统作为研究对象,从理论上研究推导调节工况下压缩机的排气量的计算,使用CFD软件对压缩机气阀内气体的流动进行模拟分析,探究其压力场和速度场在阀腔直径不同的情况下压力损失的变化以及速度场的分布,通过实地参与HydroCOM系统的安装调试工作,研究分析其系统构成与控制逻辑,通过调试分析其节能与优化效果,发现HydroCOM能够有效地节约能源,使压缩机运行更加平稳,思考该系统在焦化装置上使用过程中出现的问题并提出分析推断。最后进行无级调量系统的设计尝试,使用labview虚拟仪器软件进行调节系统的设计研究,针对气阀在卸荷装置作用下工况的改变以及可能造成的影响进行了分析,并作出气阀设计和选材的建议。
[Abstract]:Reciprocating compressor is one of the most important equipment in the chemical process industry. It needs huge energy in the process. This requires the compressor to be adjusted. At present, the most widely used regulation methods on large compressors are bypass regulation, but the reflux gas is compressed, and the compressor energy consumption has not been reduced. Domestic and foreign scholars generally favor and focus on the adjustment method of partial stroke open inlet valve. In this paper, the HydroCOM system developed by Helbig Company of Austria is taken as the research object, and the calculation of compressor exhaust volume under regulating working condition is studied theoretically, and the flow of gas in compressor valve is simulated and analyzed by CFD software. The variation of pressure field and velocity field under the condition of different diameter of valve cavity and the distribution of velocity field are probed into. Through participating in the installation and debugging of HydroCOM system, the system composition and control logic are studied and analyzed. Through debugging and analyzing its energy saving and optimization effect, it is found that HydroCOM can save energy effectively and make the compressor run more smoothly. The problems in the process of using the system in coking plant are considered and the analysis and inference are put forward. Finally, the stepless regulation system is designed and studied by using labview virtual instrument software. The change of the working condition of the valve under the action of unloading device and its possible influence are analyzed. And make the air valve design and material selection recommendations.
