曲柄摇杆机构设计研究

【摘要】:本课题主要研究曲柄摇杆机构的性能参数与机构尺寸间的关系,绘制机械性能的相关图谱,分析机械性能参数与机构尺寸间的关系,总结机构尺寸与性能参数间的一些设计规律。平面铰链四杆机构在工程实际中有广泛的应用,平面四杆机构是平面多杆机构及空间多杆机构的基础,所以对平面四杆机构的设计研究有着很重要的意义。 通过建立平面连杆机构空间模型,用相对尺寸代替实际尺寸,从而简化尺寸类型,建立全部平面四杆机构的尺寸型与空间点位置之间的对应关系。 用图谱分析得出的杆件尺寸结果经常是一个范围,为解决实际问题,适应实际工作需要,使设计的连杆尺寸工作性能理想,本论文采用分析约束函数,建立多目标函数的数学模型,根据不同工况对曲柄摇杆机构的机械性能要求的侧重点不同,控制调节加权因子数值,使各子目标函数的重要程度不同,来实现设计结果的优化处理,得出最终设计方案。 该论文主要阐述如何绘制能对应任意机构尺寸的参数平面区间图谱,研究曲柄摇杆机构的性能参数与机构尺寸间的关系,参数值对机构类型及参数合理性判定等问题,并建立多目标函数的数学模型来实现设计结果的优化处理,使得设计人员对机构的设计更加方便,设计结果更符合实际工作,研究结果为曲柄摇杆机构设计提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly studies the relationship between the performance parameters and the dimensions of the crank rocker mechanism, draws the related graphs of the mechanical properties, and analyzes the relationship between the mechanical performance parameters and the dimensions of the mechanism. Some design rules between mechanism size and performance parameters are summarized. The planar hinge four-bar mechanism is widely used in engineering practice. The planar four-bar mechanism is the foundation of the plane multi-bar mechanism and the spatial multi-bar mechanism, so it is of great significance to design and study the planar four-bar mechanism. By establishing the spatial model of planar linkage mechanism and replacing the actual size with relative dimension, the size type is simplified, and the corresponding relationship between the dimension type of all planar four-bar linkage and the position of space point is established. In order to solve the practical problems and meet the practical needs and make the dimension performance of the designed connecting rod ideal, this paper adopts the analytical constraint function. The mathematical model of multi-objective function is established. According to the different requirements of mechanical performance of crank and rocker mechanism under different working conditions, the value of adjusting weighting factor is controlled and the importance of each sub-objective function is different. To achieve the optimization of the design results, the final design scheme. This paper mainly expounds how to draw the interval map of parameter plane which can correspond to any size of mechanism, study the relationship between the performance parameters of crank and rocker mechanism and the dimension of mechanism, and determine the type of mechanism and the rationality of parameter by parameter value, and so on. The mathematical model of multi-objective function is established to optimize the design result, which makes the designer more convenient for the design of the mechanism, and the design result is more in line with the actual work. The research results provide the theoretical basis for the design of crank rocker mechanism.
