自行式曲臂高空作业车工作装置电液控制系统研究

【摘要】:高空作业车是一种应用于高空作业的机械设备,高空作业车可通过工作平台将工作人员、物料等举升到指定的位置进行维修及安装作业。随着社会和科技的发展,人们在高空作业车的使用中,提出了操作的灵活性及安全舒适性等方面的要求。为了提高操作性能,降低工作人员劳动强度,本文以自行式曲臂高空作业车为对象,参考国外先进技术,对整车工作装置电液控制系统展开研究和设计。 首先,介绍自行式曲臂高空作业车基本结构与工作原理,并详细分析了高空作业车工作装置液压系统中各个回路的组成与工作原理,包括伸缩、变幅、转台回转、摆动臂变幅、工作平台摆动和调平回路。然后,根据高空作业车工作装置液压系统自身特点来确定控制系统的输入输出信号,并完成控制系统的硬件总体结构设计,选用工程机械专用EPEC控制模块作为控制系统的硬件平台,采用CAN总线技术实现系统模块之间的通讯,使系统硬件所有的控制指令和数据信息得到共享,实现高空作业车工作装置动作控制和主要参数显示。最后,在完成对工作装置各个动作控制流程图编制的基础上,通过CODESYS编程软件来实现高空作业车工作装置控制系统,,在程序设计中编写了I/O初始化模块和CANOPEN初始化模块程序,然后以变幅动作为例,完成变幅控制程序的编写。
[Abstract]:Aerial working vehicle is a kind of mechanical equipment used in aerial work. The aerial work vehicle can lift the staff and materials to the designated position to carry on the maintenance and installation through the work platform. With the development of society and science and technology, people put forward the requirements of operation flexibility and safety comfort in the use of aerial vehicles. In order to improve the operation performance and reduce the labor intensity of the staff, this paper studies and designs the electro-hydraulic control system of the working device of the whole vehicle, taking the self-propelled curved arm aerial work vehicle as the object and referring to the foreign advanced technology. First of all, it introduces the basic structure and working principle of the self-propelled curved arm aerial working vehicle, and analyzes in detail the composition and working principle of each loop in the hydraulic system of the working device of the aerial work car, including the stretching, changing amplitude, turning table and swinging arm. Working platform swing and leveling loop. Then, according to the characteristics of hydraulic system, the input and output signals of the control system are determined, and the overall hardware structure of the control system is designed. The special EPEC control module of the construction machinery is chosen as the hardware platform of the control system. The communication between the system modules is realized by using the CAN bus technology, so that all the control instructions and data information of the system hardware can be shared. The operation control and the main parameter display of the working device of the aerial work vehicle are realized. Finally, on the basis of compiling the flow chart of each movement control of the working device, the work device control system of aerial vehicle is realized by CODESYS programming software. In the program design, I / O initialization module and CANOPEN initialization module program are written. Then take the amplitude change action as an example, completes the amplitude change control program writing.
