丹佛斯压缩机组装线POKA-YOKE应用研究

【摘要】:随着客户对产品质量的要求越来越高,制造型企业必须将产品质量指标摆在企业管理项目中的首位,只有不断改善产品质量企业才能够不断向前发展,才能保持竞争力。因此,“零缺陷”成为了众多工厂追求的目标,要实现产品质量零缺陷,企业就必须从质量缺陷的预防做起。当前,POKA-YOKE即防错技术这一预防性质量改进工具正在被广泛应用。 本文研究的主要内容是研究应用POKA-YOKE这一质量改善技术工具。论文首先对研究背景和意义进行了介绍,提出了研究应用POKA-YOKE这一重要的质量预防工具并提出了丹佛斯商用压缩机工厂应用POKA-YOKE所面对的问题。论文随后从POKA-YOKE的实施环境、应用分析及推行因素等三个方面对影响因素进行了详细的阐述。 在此基础上,本文根据丹佛斯商用压缩机生产线的实际情况对POKA-YOKE技术工具进行了研究,主要论述了POKA-YOKE基本理论、主要功能、应用法则,工具分析等方面。最后结合工厂的实际,通过对POKA-YOKE的应用研究,提出了如何识别需要实施POKA-YOKE的工序,总结了POKA-YOKE的实施步骤及如何在管理上进行改进。最后进行了丹佛斯商用压缩机生产线POKA-YOKE实施的实证研究。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demands of customers on product quality, manufacturing enterprises must put the product quality index in the first place in the enterprise management project. Only by constantly improving the product quality can the enterprise develop forward and maintain the competitiveness. Therefore, "zero defect" has become the goal pursued by many factories. In order to realize zero defect of product quality, enterprises must start with the prevention of quality defect. At present, POKA-YOKE is widely used as a preventive quality improvement tool. The main content of this paper is to study the application of POKA-YOKE as a quality improvement technology tool. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research, puts forward the research and application of POKA-YOKE, an important quality prevention tool, and points out the problems faced by the application of POKA-YOKE in Danfoss Commercial Compressor Plant. Then, the paper expatiates the influencing factors from three aspects: the implementation environment, the application analysis and the implementation factors of POKA-YOKE. On this basis, according to the actual situation of Danfoss commercial compressor production line, this paper studies the POKA-YOKE technology tools, mainly discusses the basic theory, main functions, application rules, tool analysis and other aspects of POKA-YOKE. Finally, based on the actual situation of the factory and the application research of POKA-YOKE, the paper puts forward how to identify the working procedure that needs to implement POKA-YOKE, summarizes the implementation steps of POKA-YOKE and how to improve the management. Finally, the empirical study of POKA-YOKE implementation of Danfoss commercial compressor production line is carried out.
