面向集成的零件族全生命周期管理系统的研究与实现
[Abstract]:With the increasing competition in the market, the mechanical manufacturing industry is faced with the pressure of complex product structure, multi-variety, small batch and short production cycle. In order to make the mechanical manufacturing industry respond flexibly and quickly to the market, this paper, guided by mass customization and aiming at improving the resource reuse of product design, studies the information integration technology of parts family. Part family information integration system platform is constructed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) analyzing the current situation of mechanical manufacturing enterprises and explaining the related supporting technology. Based on the analysis of the necessity of system integration, the application status quo and existing problems of the interaction between the part family management system and other enterprise systems, the research content of this paper is put forward. The characteristics and organization structure of the paper are summarized. (2) the modeling method of part family information and the representation method of part family information based on XML are studied. Based on the analysis of the relationship of part family resource data, the part family information model is established, and the system data exchange technology based on XML technology is studied. By using XML technology to store the formatted and unformatted product data in heterogeneous system, an organic unified information model of part family management system and CAx system is established, which realizes the reuse of product data in heterogeneous system. It is helpful to solve the defects of the traditional part family management system in describing and expressing the product data. (3) the part family information integration prototype system is designed and developed. Based on the analysis of the function module of the system, the part family information integration, the process planning system and the variant design system based on the main document of the part family are designed and developed based on XML. Based on the research of part family master model and parameterized graphics driving technology, the part family data model based on Web is designed, and the information representation method of part family master model based on XML technology is put forward. And integration of CAD software on the server side of the design pattern. Through the design of open source database structure and the development of graphics parameterized driver, the design of part family main model networked automatic variant based on B / S architecture is realized. (4) the system integration scheme based on WebService is proposed. A part family data model oriented to integration is established, and a part family management system based on Web is developed by using XML technology to store formatted and unformatted product data in heterogeneous system. It realizes the dynamic integration of part family management system with CAx system and other enterprise management systems, and the sharing and reuse of parts information in the whole life cycle of each system. The platform independence of information exchange among different systems is realized.
