四点接触球转盘轴承寿命影响因素的分析与研究

【摘要】:四点接触球转盘轴承在风力发电机领域、重型机械领域、大型医疗精密机械领域以及军工领域均有涉及应用,并作为其主要零部件对保证整机设备的质量以及使用寿命有着重要作用。由于常用的四点接触球转盘轴承不同于普通轴承,具有结构尺寸大、承载高以及工作环境恶劣等特点,加之引进国内时间较短,技术不够成熟,导致了目前国内生产的四点接触球转盘轴承寿命大多只有2-3年,不能满足客户要求。因此有必要对四点接触球转盘轴承的寿命影响因素进行分析研究。本文结合目前国内外对四点接触球转盘轴承的研究现状,从三方面对其寿命影响因素进行分析。具体内容如下: 针对四点接触球转盘轴承许用接触应力进行分析研究。首先通过材料热处理工艺参数的调整试验,分析其滚道淬硬层深度与热处理工艺参数之间的关系,然后通过压痕试验分析许用接触应力与淬硬层深度、表面硬度以及沟曲率系数之间的关系,最终找出获得较好淬硬层深度的热处理工艺以及取得较大许用接触应力对应的淬硬层深度、表面硬度以及沟曲率系数。在此基础上,采用有限元方法进一步对四点接触球转盘轴承静力学承载性能进行了分析,为四点接触球转盘轴承的设计提供了一定的参考价值。 针对四点接触球转盘轴承摩擦力矩进行分析研究。首先对比了不同经验公式的计算结果,然后基于目前四点接触球转盘轴承摩擦力矩的主要影响因素,通过试验方式分别找出其与载荷以及游隙之间的关系,并进一步采用有限元方法对其进行了分析计算,最后通过对比分析建立了摩擦力矩与载荷以及负游隙绝对值之间的函数关系式,为四点接触球转盘轴承的装配合套率提供了依据。 针对四点接触球转盘轴承螺栓连接性能进行分析研究。采用正交设计方法分析了三个主要的影响因素:预紧力、垫块高度以及螺栓与支座接触面的摩擦系数。并找出了对螺栓连接性能的影响主次顺序以及三个因素的最优组合,,对四点接触球转盘轴承的螺栓连接性能的提高具有一定的帮助。
[Abstract]:The four-point contact ball turntable bearings have been applied in the fields of wind turbine, heavy machinery, large medical precision machinery and military industry. As its main parts, it plays an important role in ensuring the quality and service life of the whole equipment. The commonly used four-point contact ball turntable bearings are different from ordinary bearings and have the characteristics of large structure size, high bearing capacity and bad working environment. In addition, the imported domestic time is relatively short, and the technology is not mature enough. As a result, most of the four-point contact ball bearings produced in China have a life of only 2-3 years, which can not meet the requirements of customers. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and study the factors affecting the life of four-point contact ball turntable bearings. In this paper, the factors affecting the life of four point contact ball bearings are analyzed from three aspects combined with the current research situation at home and abroad. The main contents are as follows: the allowable contact stress of four-point contact ball turntable bearings is studied. The relationship between the hardened layer depth of the raceway and the heat treatment process parameters is analyzed by adjusting the technological parameters of the material heat treatment, and then the allowable contact stress and the depth of the hardened layer are analyzed by indentation test. The relationship between surface hardness and groove curvature coefficient, the heat treatment process to obtain better hardened layer depth, and the depth of hardened layer, surface hardness and groove curvature coefficient corresponding to larger allowable contact stress were found out. On this basis, the static load bearing performance of four-point contact ball turntable bearing is further analyzed by using finite element method, which provides a certain reference value for the design of four-point contact ball rotary disc bearing. The friction moment of four-point contact ball turntable bearing is analyzed and studied. The calculation results of different empirical formulas are compared at first. Based on the main influencing factors of friction torque of four-point contact ball disc bearing, the relationship between the friction moment and load and clearance is found out by means of test. Furthermore, the finite element method is used to analyze and calculate it. Finally, the functional relationship between friction moment, load and negative clearance absolute value is established through comparative analysis. It provides the basis for the fitting rate of four-point contact ball turntable bearing. The bolt connection performance of four-point contact ball turntable bearing is analyzed and studied. The orthogonal design method is used to analyze the three main factors: pretightening force, the height of the pad and the friction coefficient of the bolt-bearing interface. The optimal combination of the three factors is found out, which is helpful to the improvement of bolt connection performance of four-point contact ball turntable bearing.
