5000kW以上立式齿轮箱模块化快速设计系统研究

【摘要】:5000kW以上立式齿轮箱的设计结果要求较高的可靠性,整个过程需要反复计算和校核才能满足设计要求。此外,齿轮箱工程图的绘制工作量较大,当设计参数改动时,图纸的修改工作量很大,使得齿轮箱的设计过程变得复杂而繁琐。企业迫切希望开发一套齿轮箱快速设计系统,实现齿轮箱从方案设计到结构设计的半自动化过程,以便减轻设计人员的工作压力,提高齿轮箱的设计效率和产品质量。本文根据企业要求,设计开发齿轮箱快速设计系统,解决齿轮箱设计难、绘图工作量大的问题,实现齿轮箱的快速设计。本文的主要工作如下: 鉴于核电齿轮箱结构及功能的复杂性和特殊性,其方案设计过程中引入公理化设计方法,研究公理化设计方法在齿轮箱方案设计中的应用,实现方案设计的非耦合分解,保证齿轮箱设计的合理性。 为实现系列化齿轮箱的参数化设计,基于模块化设计的基本思想,分别研究齿轮箱模块划分、模块查询和模块集成的方法与过程,为齿轮箱的参数化设计提供基础。 研究参数化设计过程中结构驱动图形和尺寸驱动图形的变化过程,提出了建立结构约束关联关系和尺寸约束树的方法,建立了驱动模型用以实现图形的参数化驱动过程。 基于上述研究方法和技术,对齿轮箱快速设计系统的体系结构、功能设置及工作流程进行设计,开发了齿轮箱快速设计系统。系统可实现从基本设计参数到半自动完成齿轮箱方案设计的过程,并根据方案设计结果自动生成5000kW以上立式齿轮箱100余张工程图,较好的实现了齿轮箱的参数化快速设计。
[Abstract]:The design results of vertical gearbox above 5000kW require high reliability, and the whole process needs to be calculated and checked repeatedly to meet the design requirements. In addition, the engineering drawing of the gearbox has a large amount of work. When the design parameters are changed, the workload of the modification of the gearbox is very large, which makes the design process of the gearbox complex and cumbersome. The enterprise is eager to develop a gearbox rapid design system to realize the semi-automatic process of gearbox design from scheme design to structural design in order to reduce the working pressure of designers and improve the design efficiency and product quality of the gearbox. According to the requirements of the enterprise, this paper designs and develops the gearbox rapid design system, solves the problem that the gearbox design is difficult, the drawing workload is large, realizes the gearbox fast design. The main work of this paper is as follows: in view of the complexity and particularity of the structure and function of nuclear power gearbox, the axiomatic design method is introduced into the scheme design process, and the application of axiomatic design method in the gearbox scheme design is studied. The non-coupling decomposition of the scheme design is realized to ensure the rationality of the gearbox design. In order to realize the parameterized design of the series gearbox, based on the basic idea of modular design, the methods and processes of module partition, module query and module integration are studied respectively, which provides the basis for the parametric design of the gearbox. In this paper, the changing process of structure driving graph and dimension driving graph in parametric design is studied. The method of establishing structure constraint relation and dimension constraint tree is proposed, and the driving model is established to realize the parameterized driving process of the graph. Based on the above research methods and techniques, the system structure, function setting and work flow of the gearbox rapid design system are designed, and the gearbox rapid design system is developed. The system can realize the process of gearbox scheme design from basic design parameters to semi-automatic design, and automatically generate more than 100 engineering drawings of vertical gearbox above 5000kW according to the design result of the scheme. The parameterized and rapid design of gearbox is realized better.
