上出料发料罐系统粉煤密相气力输送特性研究

【摘要】:论文以粉煤为物料,研究了上出料发料罐系统特性,揭示了输送压力、输送差压、气体进入方式和气量、输送管道距离流化板高度等参数对特征参数及输送稳定性的影响;对N2和CO2两种载气输送煤粉能力和稳定性进行了比较;对上、下出料系统在输送能力、输送稳定性方面进行了比较;对固体质量流量计的测量性能进行了考察。 研究结果表明:提高输送压力和输送差压,煤粉输送量和固气比增加,压力信号波动性增加,在压力较高时,煤粉输送量和固气比增加程度减弱;适量的锥部气有利于煤粉输送量、固气比及输送稳定性的增加;底部气增加对固气比起抑制作用,在无锥部气时对煤粉输送量起促进作用,有一定锥部气时则起抑制作用,对输送稳定性起促进作用;调节气增加对固气比和煤粉输送量起抑制作用,但在较高压力时,对煤粉输送量的抑制作用减弱,对输送稳定性起促进作用;同等操作气量条件下,管道距离流化板高度为50mmm时的煤粉输送量和固气比较80mm和120mm时大,但输送稳定性则在80mm略好些;N2和CO2两种载气输送煤粉的能力和稳定性相当;对上、下出料系统比较得出,下出料具有较高的煤粉输送量和固气比,压力信号波动性也略好,但两系统在总体上都达到了稳定输送。 另外,在静态条件下考察了煤粉湿含量对电容式固体质量流量计浓度传感器测量性能的影响,给出了校正公式。在动态条件下的研究表明,输送压力对测量性能没有影响,固相浓度超出标定范围后固体质量流量计测量偏差总体较大,而在标定固相浓度之内,当煤粉输送量接近标定工况的输送量时,其测量性能较好。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the characteristics of charging and discharging tank system are studied with pulverized coal as material, and the effects of conveying pressure, conveying differential pressure, gas entering mode and gas quantity, and the height of conveying pipe to fluidized plate on the characteristic parameters and transport stability are revealed. The capacity and stability of N _ 2 and CO2 for conveying pulverized coal are compared; the transport capacity and stability of the upper and lower discharge systems are compared; and the measurement performance of solid mass Flowmeter is investigated. The results show that with the increase of conveying pressure and differential pressure, the quantity of pulverized coal conveying and the ratio of solid to gas are increased, and the fluctuation of pressure signal is increased. When the pressure is high, the increase degree of the quantity of pulverized coal and the ratio of solid to gas is weakened. Proper amount of conical gas is conducive to the increase of pulverized coal conveying capacity, the ratio of solid to gas and the stability of conveying; the increase of bottom gas can promote the quantity of pulverized coal conveying when there is no conical gas, and when there is a certain cone gas, the increase of bottom gas will play a role in inhibiting the volume of pulverized coal conveying. Promoting the transport stability, regulating the increase of gas to restrain the ratio of solid to gas and the quantity of pulverized coal conveyer, but at higher pressure, the inhibiting effect on the quantity of pulverized coal conveyer is weakened, which promotes the stability of transportation; under the condition of the same operating gas quantity, The quantity of pulverized coal conveyer and the solid gas at the height of 50mmm from pipeline to fluidized plate are larger than those of 80mm and 120mm, but the transport stability is similar to that of the two kinds of carrier gas (80mm, N2 and CO2). The comparison between the upper and lower discharge systems shows that the transportation of pulverized coal is more stable than that of 80mm and 120mm. The lower discharging material has higher pulverized coal conveying capacity and solid gas ratio, and the pressure signal volatility is also slightly better, but the two systems have reached a stable transport overall. In addition, the influence of wet content of pulverized coal on the measurement performance of capacitive solid mass Flowmeter is investigated under static condition, and the correction formula is given. The study under dynamic conditions shows that the conveying pressure has no effect on the measurement performance, and the measurement deviation of solid mass Flowmeter is larger after the solid concentration exceeds the calibration range, but within the calibrated solid phase concentration. The measurement performance is good when the pulverized coal conveyer is close to the calibrated condition.
