电机控制系统改进设计与液压泵性能试验

【摘要】:为了完成基于串并联液压补偿式功率回收原理液压动力元件性能试验方面的基础性研究,本文详细了解了相关试验标准和实验室能够提供的试验条件,主要完成了两项工作任务: 1、分析、改进、完善了现有试验系统中的电控部分; 2、完成了功率回收系统中串泵和并泵的性能试验。 实验室现有试验系统的电控部分存在一些问题,例如电机的变频调速功能无法实现,电机的Y/△启动控制电路设计繁琐,可靠性低。本文对原有电机控制系统中的主回路和控制回路进行了深入分析,找出问题所在,完成改进设计。最终试验结果验证了上述设计的正确性。在此基础上,本文完成了功率回收系统中串泵和并泵的性能试验,为基于串并联液压补偿式功率回收原理的液压动力元件性能试验提供了技术支持。
[Abstract]:In order to complete the basic research on the performance test of hydraulic power components based on series-parallel hydraulic compensation power recovery principle, this paper has a detailed understanding of the relevant test standards and the experimental conditions that can be provided by the laboratory. Two main tasks are accomplished: 1, analyzing, improving and perfecting the electronic control part of the existing test system; 2, completing the performance test of the series pump and the parallel pump in the power recovery system. There are some problems in the electronic control part of the existing test system in the laboratory, such as the frequency conversion and speed regulation of the motor can not be realized, the design of the Y / start control circuit of the motor is cumbersome and the reliability is low. In this paper, the main circuit and control loop of the original motor control system are analyzed, the problem is found out, and the improved design is completed. The experimental results verify the correctness of the design. On this basis, the performance test of series pump and parallel pump in power recovery system is completed in this paper, which provides technical support for the performance test of hydraulic power components based on series-parallel hydraulic compensation power recovery principle.
