基于pro-E平台的齿轮零件三维实体建模研究

【摘要】:齿轮传动是机械传动中最主要的一类,型式很多,应用广泛,齿轮设计在机械设计中占据着相当重要的地位,但它的设计步骤多、涉及参数多,需查询的图表总数有二十多个,给设计工作者带来很多的不便,降低了设计效率。随着计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)技术的发展,在产品开发的过程中,有限元分析、装配设计、运动仿真、数控加工等都必须以三维模型为基础。在进行齿轮机构设计时,经常需要利用CAD技术设计并建立齿轮的三维实体模型,从而利用CAD/CAM软件进行装配、检测和分析。 本文阐述了圆柱齿轮机构的传动特点,论述了渐开线和过渡曲线的方程推导及其参数的确定,阐明了少齿数渐开线圆柱齿轮机构机构学的理论基础。齿轮的参数化设计是提高齿轮建模效率的有效途径,基于Pro/EWildfire4.0平台的参数化精确建模功能,本论文通过编Pro/E的模型程序,实现了方便而精确建模的同时,完成了渐开线直齿、斜齿轮的参数化建模,少齿数齿轮自动化建模设计,并且实现齿轮基本参数的改变自动生成新齿轮。同时加以实例应用。该齿轮设计方法可使设计人员方便快捷地实现齿轮的三维特征造型设计,从而提高设计效率。
[Abstract]:Gear transmission is the most important type of mechanical transmission, with many types and wide applications. Gear design occupies a very important position in mechanical design, but it has many design steps and many parameters, and the total number of charts to be queried is more than twenty. It brings a lot of inconvenience to the designers and reduces the design efficiency. With the development of computer aided Design and Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology, in the process of product development, finite element analysis, assembly design, motion simulation and NC machining must be based on 3D model. In the design of gear mechanism, it is often necessary to design and establish the three-dimensional solid model of gear by using CAD technology, so as to assemble, detect and analyze the gear by using CAD/CAM software. In this paper, the transmission characteristics of cylindrical gear mechanism are expounded, the equation derivation of involute and transition curve and the determination of its parameters are discussed, and the theoretical basis of the mechanism of involute cylindrical gear with less teeth is expounded. The parameterized design of gear is an effective way to improve the efficiency of gear modeling. Based on the parameterized accurate modeling function of Pro/EWildfire4.0 platform, this paper realizes the convenient and accurate modeling of involute teeth by making up the model program of Pro/E. Parametric modeling of helical gears, automatic modeling and design of gear with less teeth, and automatic generation of new gears by changing the basic parameters of gears. At the same time, an example is applied. The gear design method can make the designers realize the 3D feature modeling design of gears conveniently and quickly, thus improving the design efficiency.
