不同载荷下滑块轴承润滑状态的Stribeck曲线研究

【摘要】:为了研究在不同载荷下滑块轴承Stribeck曲线的变化规律,建立了销盘式摩擦实验台,通过改变载荷、转速采集到油膜厚度和摩擦因数,运用MATLAB软件绘制摩擦因数与压力、转速和黏度的关系曲线,即Stribeck曲线。实验结果表明,摩擦因数随着转速的增加呈现先减小后增加的趋势;载荷越小,进入Stribeck曲线谷底越早,越容易达到流体润滑状态,通过改变轴承的载荷能够有效地改善轴承的润滑状态。
[Abstract]:In order to study the variation rule of Stribeck curve of sliding block bearing under different loads, a pin-disc friction test bench was established. The oil film thickness and friction coefficient were collected by changing load and rotational speed, and the friction coefficient and pressure were drawn by MATLAB software. The relationship between rotational speed and viscosity, that is, Stribeck curve. The experimental results show that the friction coefficient decreases first and then increases with the increase of rotational speed, and the lower the load is, the earlier the friction coefficient reaches the bottom of the Stribeck curve, and the easier it is to reach the state of fluid lubrication. By changing the load of the bearing, the lubrication state of the bearing can be improved effectively.
