起重机起升机构中卷筒螺旋线变折线改造

【摘要】:通化钢铁集团股份有限公司(简称“通钢集团”),始建于1958年6月。是吉林省最大的钢铁联合企业,国务院振兴东北老工业基地重点支持的钢铁企业。截至2009年末,拥有资产总额312.83亿元,职工20553人,具备年产钢560万吨的生产能力在2010年中国企业500强中排名第262位,中国制造业500强中排名第132位。 随着公司生产规模的不断扩大,起重机械设备的应用也越来越广泛,大吨位起重机械设备增加的越来越多,公司对设备的安全性也越来越重视。目前公司在用起重机械设备共816台,其中:桥式起重机368台,门式起重机27台,电动葫芦421台。 本文从通钢起重机作业实际情况出发,针对性地提出起重机滚筒钢丝绳缠绕系统结构改进方案,以求解决目前普遍存在的高起升、大吨位作业中钢丝绳缠绕乱绳、夹绳事故。 依据微分几何、机械系统动力学、理论力学、材料力学及弹性力学等基础理论,本文对钢丝绳在LEBUS绳槽滚筒缠绕行为进行了几何、动力学及静力学等方面的研究,并基于起重机结构参数进行求解。主要研究工作有: (1)建立了钢丝绳在滚筒缠绕几何模型,研究了钢丝绳缠绕过程极限偏角及换向过程在滚筒爬坡机理及几何模型; (2)结合对钢丝绳在起重机卷筒缠绕机理分析的基础上,研究了钢丝绳在滚筒缠绕过程力学行为; (3)编制计算机程序对上述模型进行求解,在参数分析的基础上提出对目前钢丝绳缠绕系统结构改进建议; 本文的研究是对起重机滚筒钢丝绳缠绕系统力学行为研究的探索,旨在对下一步系统结构改进设计提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Tonghua Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tong Steel Group"), founded in June 1958. Jilin Province is the largest iron and steel joint enterprise, the State Council revitalization of northeast old industrial base key support of iron and steel enterprises. By the end of 2009, with total assets of 31.283 billion yuan, 20553 employees, with an annual production capacity of 5.6 million tons of steel in 2010, China's top 500 enterprises ranked 262nd, China's top 500 manufacturing industry ranked 132nd. With the continuous expansion of the production scale of the company, the application of lifting equipment is more and more extensive, the large tonnage crane equipment is increasing more and more, and the company pays more and more attention to the safety of the equipment. At present, the company is using a total of 816 lifting machinery equipment, including: 368 bridge cranes, 27 gantry cranes, 421 electric hoist. Based on the actual situation of crane operation, this paper puts forward a scheme to improve the structure of wire rope winding system of crane drum, in order to solve the common problem of wire rope winding in high rise and large tonnage operation at present. Based on the basic theories of differential geometry, mechanical system dynamics, theoretical mechanics, material mechanics and elastic mechanics, the winding behavior of wire rope in LEBUS grooved drum is studied in this paper in terms of geometry, dynamics and statics. And based on the crane structure parameters to solve. The main research works are as follows: (1) the geometric model of wire rope winding in the drum is established, and the mechanism and geometric model of the ultimate deflection angle and the reversing process in the winding process are studied. (2) based on the analysis of the winding mechanism of the wire rope in the drum of crane, the mechanical behavior of the wire rope in the winding process of the drum is studied. (3) computer program is compiled to solve the above model. On the basis of parameter analysis, some suggestions for improving the structure of wire rope winding system are put forward, and the research in this paper is to explore the mechanical behavior of crane drum wire rope winding system. The purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical basis for the further design of the system structure improvement.
