    本文在对上钢五厂750初轧机工作机座进行实测的基础上,首次对横向振动问题做了探讨性的分析,并在分析一系列外扰因素之后,找出其主要外扰因素,即突加(突卸)荷载的横向分量和压下系统的不平衡质量。提出了从避振观点来选择压下装置的机电系统的必要性,并对750初轧机工作机座提出改进措施。

    This paper presents a practical method of directly measuring diame-ter,taper and generatrix straightness of conical workpiece in precision lathe by sep-arating movement errors of mechanical system. This studying result lay the foundation for solve on-line measuring of conical workpiece.

    本文提出了一种在精密车床上直接测量锥形工件的直径、锥度及素线直线度等参数的实用方法。该法可通过分离加工机械系统的运动误差,直接测出有关参数,从而为解决锥形工件的在线检测奠定了基础。
