基于ADAMS的主减速器齿轮压力角优化研究

【摘要】:针对某微车高速空挡滑行工况下主减速器振动异响大的问题,以主减速器准双曲面齿轮压力角为研究对象。建立了齿轮系统扭转振动动力学模型,改变UG模型中轮齿两侧压力角,导入到ADAMS后对比分析该工况下不同压力角时齿轮系统的动态特性,得出被动轮轮齿凸面压力角减小1°、同时凹面压力角增大1°时可改善主减速器齿轮系统啮合振动性能。最后采用试验验证了仿真分析的正确性,可应用于主减速器齿轮的设计和制造。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of large vibration abnormal noise of the main reducer under the condition of high speed neutral sliding of a micro car, the hypoid gear pressure angle of the main reducer is taken as the research object. The dynamic model of torsional vibration of gear system is established. The pressure angle of both sides of gear teeth is changed in UG model. After introduced into ADAMS, the dynamic characteristics of gear system under different pressure angles are compared and analyzed. It is concluded that the meshing vibration performance of the main reducer gear system can be improved by reducing the pressure angle of the convex face of the passive gear teeth by 1 掳and increasing the concave pressure angle by 1 掳. Finally, the correctness of simulation analysis is verified by experiments, which can be used in the design and manufacture of main reducer gear.
