装载机液压系统动态性能仿真与实验研究
[Abstract]:In construction machinery, hydraulic system is one of the most important components, and the reliability of hydraulic system is very important to the performance of the whole machine. Through the simulation, analysis and research of the dynamic performance of the hydraulic system, it can provide the theoretical basis for the improvement and optimization of the performance of the whole machine, shorten the development period and reduce the research and development cost. In this paper, the hydraulic system of a certain loader is taken as the research object, and the simulation modeling of the hydraulic system of the working device is carried out by using the SimulationX simulation software, and the multi-body dynamics model of the working device of the whole machine is established. The dynamic performance of the hydraulic system and its components and the pressure-flow characteristics under different loads are obtained. The main work of this paper is as follows: the simulation model of the hydraulic system and its components of a certain type loader is established, and the dynamic performance parameters of the hydraulic system of the working device and its components are analyzed. The multi-body dynamic model of the mechanical mechanism of the working device is established, and the characteristic parameters of each loop, such as pressure and flow rate, are analyzed, and the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system of the working device under different working conditions are tested through a series of experiments. By comparing the experimental results with the simulation results, the simulation model is further improved, and the practical basis is provided for the further research on the optimization and matching of the loader hydraulic system based on the model. In this paper, the hydraulic system of each working device of the loader is modeled, and the ideal simulation results are obtained, and compared with the experimental data, the model reference is provided for the technical improvement and system optimization of the loader in the future. Through modeling, simulation and experimental study on hydraulic system of loader, the dynamic performance of hydraulic system of loader, including pressure-flow characteristic and flow pulsation of each component under different working conditions, is mastered. The pressure transient peak and other performance parameters lay the foundation for the optimization of the hydraulic system performance of the whole machine.
