桌面型柔性制造系统的调度仿真及监控系统的研究与开发
[Abstract]:Flexible manufacturing system (FMS) has been rapidly developed and popularized in the field of advanced manufacturing because of its flexibility and high efficiency. With the development of higher education in China, the demand for training system for FMS teaching experiment is increasing day by day. However, at present, there is a shortage of FMS training system products in domestic market, and the cost of existing products is high, and the energy consumption and experimental area are large. It has influenced its application in laboratory environment, so it is meaningful to develop desktop FMS with miniaturization and function modularization for teaching experiment. The efficient and reliable operation of FMS can not be achieved without a complete monitoring system. The monitoring system should not only collect the processing and status information of the FMS running equipment in real time, but also be able to analyze and process the collected information and make the correct control decision. Therefore, the development of desktop FMS monitoring system is very important to the development of the whole system. In this paper, FMS is introduced, and the feasibility of the application of industrial Ethernet technology to desktop FMS is studied. Then, the production scheduling problem and its workflow in FMS are analyzed and studied. Combined with the composition of desktop FMS and the characteristics of execution job plan, the practical and operational scheduling rules are formulated. Finally, on the basis of analyzing and studying the monitoring objects and structure levels of desktop FMS monitoring system, a monitoring system with two-level control structure is designed and implemented, and a supporting monitoring software is developed under the Visual C environment. The desktop FMS monitoring system developed in this paper realizes the interconnection of equipment and the sending and receiving of monitoring information by using industrial Ethernet technology, and solves the problem of production scheduling by using the rule based scheduling method. The off-line scheduling simulation of equipment is realized by using computer simulation technology, and the development cycle of the whole system is shortened. It is proved by practice that the monitoring system can meet the monitoring requirements of desktop FMS.
