双离合器自动变速器故障诊断及故障处理研究

【摘要】:双离合器自动变速器(Dual Clutch Transmission,简称DCT)是近年来发展起来的一种新型自动变速器,具有传动效率高、换挡过程无动力中断、舒适性好、燃油经济性好等诸多优点。DCT和手动变速器(Manual Transmission,简称MT)具有相似的结构和零部件,DCT生产可充分利用现有MT生产设备,从而降低制造成本。因此,DCT已成为自动变速器领域的重点发展对象,具有非常好的前景。 国外DCT技术相对成熟,已经进行批量化生产。近年来,国内已有多家单位进行了DCT相关研究,并取得了一些成果,但总体来说国内DCT研究仍处于起步阶段。由于DCT结构和控制系统复杂,在对DCT研究的过程中,有必要进行DCT故障诊断及故障处理的研究,以增强DCT运行时的稳定性和整车安全性,提高DCT故障确诊率和维修效率。本文以湿式DCT为研究对象,主要进行了以下研究工作: ①分析了DCT的结构和工作原理,将DCT系统分为变速器控制单元、传感器、执行机构和被控对象四部分;研究了DCT可能产生的故障,并按照对车辆的影响程度对DCT系统各故障进行分类; ②以DCT系统各组成部分之间的关系为基础,综合运用基于信号分析的故障诊断方法、基于解析冗余的故障诊断方法和基于状态反馈的故障诊断方法,制定了DCT各组成部分的故障诊断策略和故障的协调处理策略; ③基于Matlab/Simunlink仿真平台开发了DCT故障诊断系统,分别搭建了基于信号分析的故障诊断模块、基于解析冗余的故障诊断模块和基于状态反馈的故障诊断模块,并对各模块进行了仿真分析; ④以D2P软硬件平台为基础,进行了DCT样车快速控制原型开发,搭建了DCT控制系统和故障诊断系统,在OBD-Ⅱ的基础上,制定了DCT相关故障码,并进行了DCT样车无故障运行道路试验和故障诊断、故障处理试验,最后对试验结果进行了分析。

This paper takes wet DCT as the research object, mainly carries on the following research work: 1 analyzes the structure and the working principle of the DCT, divides the DCT system into four parts: the transmission control unit, the sensor, the actuator and the controlled object; The possible faults of DCT are studied, and the faults of DCT system are classified according to the degree of influence on the vehicle. (2) based on the relationship between the components of DCT system, the method of fault diagnosis based on signal analysis is used synthetically. The fault diagnosis method based on analytic redundancy and the fault diagnosis method based on state feedback.
