托辊式中心架设计

【摘要】:托辊式中心等其特点是包括对应设置的上体和下体,上体和下体通过螺栓和心轴相连,上丝杆通过套筒安装在上体上,上丝杆下端设置有上滚轮,下体下方设置有左丝杆和右丝杆,左丝杆和右丝杆通过联轴器相连,左滚轮架通过左丝母安装在左丝杆上,左滚轮安装在左滚轮架上,右滚轮架通过右丝母安装在右丝杆上,右滚轮安装在右滚轮架上。其具有工件装夹方便,刚性好,承载能力强,回转精度高,夹持范围大,操作简单等优点。该装置应用于重型长轴类工件加工深孔的辅助支撑机构。
[Abstract]:The idler center is characterized in that the upper body and the lower body should be arranged, the upper body and the lower body are connected through bolts and a central shaft, the upper wire rod is mounted on the upper body through a sleeve, and the lower end of the upper wire rod is provided with an upper roller. The lower body is provided with a left silk rod and a right silk rod, the left silk rod and the right silk rod are connected by a coupling, the left roller frame is mounted on the left silk rod through the left silk mother, the left roller is mounted on the left roller frame, and the right roller frame is mounted on the right wire rod through the right silk mother. The right roller is mounted on the right roller frame. It has the advantages of convenient clamping, good rigidity, strong bearing capacity, high precision of rotation, wide clamping range and simple operation. The device is applied to the auxiliary support mechanism for machining deep holes of heavy long shaft workpieces.
