支持云制造的加工行为建模与实现研究
[Abstract]:Based on the cloud manufacturing model, the modeling and implementation of machining behavior is studied. The process behavior is provided to the designer as a manufacturing service, the real-time manufacturing resource service is provided to the design, and the processing behavior is regarded as the factory configuration file of the machine tool. Convenient processing behavior service support system resource addition. This research is oriented to the integration of design and manufacturing, shortens the cycle of product design and manufacture, and meets the changing needs of the market. This paper comprehensively analyzes the interrelation of various information in the process of design and manufacture of parts, puts forward the concept of machining behavior, and gives the definition and description of machining behavior. The machining behavior is modeled based on machine tool resource, and the modeling standard is established to realize the interrelation between machine tool resource and machining behavior. According to the concept of cloud manufacturing service mode, a framework of manufacturing behavior service support system based on cloud manufacturing model is established, which provides the process behavior as a service to the designer. The implementation of the process behavior manager is completed, including the addition and deletion of the processing behavior, the selection of the processing behavior, and the realization of the processing behavior, and the implementation algorithm of the processing behavior is established. The recombination principle of processing behavior is studied, and the recombination method of processing behavior is given by using the knowledge system of production rules. The supporting software system of processing behavior service is developed, and the concrete realization of each module is completed, including the main program module, the module of receiving and judging instruction, the module of process behavior management, the module of processing behavior selection. The processing behavior module and the process behavior recombination module are realized, and the connection between the modules and the interface definition of the system are realized. The feasibility and practicability of the process behavior service support system are verified by practical examples. When the processing behavior is the behavior of the common machine tool, the machining process can be generated; when the machining behavior is the behavior of the numerical control machine tool, the NC code can be generated; when the processing behavior is reorganized, the machining process or the NC code can be reorganized separately. Get the whole process file or new NC code.
