双层滚动轴承运动学研究

【摘要】:本文通过分析轴承摩擦力矩的三个经验计算公式,决定采用帕姆格林的经验公式作为本课题研究的基础,研究了润滑剂对轴承摩擦力矩的影响。采用ADAMS对滚动轴承无润滑的情况进行仿真,验证了选用ADAMS作为轴承运动学研究工具的可行性。通过ADAMS仿真和SKF的经验计算分析了滚动轴承的摩擦力矩,得到轴承的摩擦力矩随轴承载荷的增加而增加,但随转速的增加会先增加后减小,其主要原因是由于轴承润滑剂的特殊效果造成的。针对双层滚动轴承运动学进行的理论分析主要从纯滚动理论和摩擦力矩平衡展开,两种理论计算值是不一样的,前者偏大,后者偏小。针对与载荷有关的摩擦力矩,采用ADAMS仿真双层轴承在各种条件(不同的载荷、内圈转速、中间质量和组合方式)下的运动特性,研究表明,在无润滑剂状态下,中圈的转速随载荷增加有所增加;随内圈转速提高先增大后减小。通过实验研究了润滑剂对双层轴承转速分配的影响,测量了双层轴承在不同润滑条件下的中圈转速。研究表明,无载荷情况下,当采用油润滑时,中圈转速比较稳定,基本接近理论值;当采用脂润滑时,油脂填充量对转速分配比有重要影响。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of three empirical formulas of friction moment of bearing, Pam Green's empirical formula is chosen as the basis of this study, and the influence of lubricant on friction moment of bearing is studied. ADAMS is used to simulate the rolling bearing without lubrication, and the feasibility of using ADAMS as the bearing kinematics research tool is verified. The friction torque of rolling bearing is analyzed by ADAMS simulation and SKF's experience calculation. It is found that the friction torque of rolling bearing increases with the increase of bearing load, but increases first and then decreases with the increase of rotational speed. The main reason is the special effect of bearing lubricant. The theoretical analysis of the kinematics of the double-layer rolling bearing is mainly carried out from the pure rolling theory and the friction moment balance. The calculated values of the two kinds of theories are different. The former is larger than the latter is small. In view of the friction torque related to load, ADAMS is used to simulate the motion characteristics of double-layer bearing under various conditions (different load, inner ring speed, intermediate mass and combination mode). The rotational speed of the middle ring increases with the increase of load, and increases first and then decreases with the increase of the inner ring speed. The effect of lubricant on speed distribution of double layer bearing was studied experimentally and the speed of middle ring of double layer bearing under different lubrication conditions was measured. The results show that the rotation speed of the middle ring is stable and close to the theoretical value when oil lubrication is used without load, and the oil filling amount has an important effect on the speed distribution ratio when the grease lubrication is used.
