对心直动从动件圆盘凸轮的运动学和特性分析

【摘要】:圆盘凸轮的廓线是圆而极易加工和检测,实用价值大,但其运动和动力性能的研究尚待深入。详细研究了对心直动从动件圆盘凸轮的运动学,获得了凸轮廓线、从动件的位移、速度、加速度、跃度、跳度、压力角,以及最大无量纲速度、最大无量纲加速度、最大无量纲跃度、最大无量纲转矩这4个主要的动力学特性值的精确计算式、求解方法和曲线图。通过这些特性值与从动件常用运动规律的特性值的对比,以及运动特点分析,得出结论是该机构无任何冲击,动力学性能好,适用于高速场合。
[Abstract]:The profile of disc cam is circular, easy to process and detect, and has great practical value, but the research on its motion and dynamic performance needs to be further studied. The kinematics of disk cam with straight follower is studied in detail. The cam profile, displacement, velocity, acceleration, jump, pressure angle, maximum dimensionless velocity, maximum dimensionless acceleration of the follower are obtained. The exact formulas, solutions and graphs of the four main dynamic characteristic values, the maximum dimensionless jump and the maximum dimensionless torque, are presented. By comparing these characteristic values with the characteristic values of the common motion rules of the follower and analyzing the motion characteristics, it is concluded that the mechanism has no impact, good dynamic performance, and is suitable for high-speed applications.
