井下动力马达非圆行星齿轮副的研究与设计
[Abstract]:The existing underground power motors are mainly in the form of turbine motors, screw motors, electric motors and blade motors. Due to the unique characteristics of non-circular gear in kinematics and geometry, it can meet the requirements of arbitrary variable transmission ratio, so it has been applied more and more in various kinds of machinery. Since 1980s, another low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor with the principle of displacement motor has been developed-non-circular planetary gear motor. Compared with other hydraulic motors, the performance of the motor has been greatly improved. In this paper, the gear mechanism of a non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor (4-6 type hydraulic motor) is studied. The planetary gear is a cylindrical spur gear, and the pitch curve between the outer gear and the inner gear is a plane curve with 4 cycles and 6 cycles respectively. In this paper, the feasibility of the application of the principle of the motor mechanism to the manufacture of oil downhole hydraulic motor is analyzed, and the equation of the non-circular gear curve is deduced on the basis of analyzing the basic motion relation of the variable center distance non-circular planetary gear train. In this paper, three practical design methods of nodal curve are summarized, which are programmed and calculated by Matlab language, and the figure of nodal curve of non-circular gear is generated or drawn. By this method, the calculation process of nodal curve solving is simplified. On this basis, the tooth profile design method of the non-circular planetary gear mechanism with double arc-joint curve is briefly described, and the meshing principle of the gear is emphatically analyzed under the condition that the planetary gear is known as involute cylindrical gear. According to this principle, the coordinate value of the point on the tooth profile of the meshing non-circular gear is derived. Using these coordinate values, the model is built in the 3D software Pro/Engineer, which provides the basis for further study of the other performance of the non-circular planetary gear downhole motor.
