法兰数字化制造CAD系统的开发

【摘要】:在当今经济全球化、市场竞争日趋激烈的时代,企业对数字化制造技术的需求十分迫切。而在机械产品设计及制造中,存在着大量几何拓扑相同或相似而尺寸规格不同的零件,这些零件常常造成频繁的重复性劳动;同时,,也会用到大量的设计资料以及工程数据,建立零件工程数据库,则可以很好的利用计算机的强大处理能力,实现对数据的自动化处理和高效管理。采用数字化三维模型的CAD/CAM系统为其提供了很好的解决方案,因而研究基于法兰的数字化制造CAD系统的技术和方法是很有意义的。 鉴于目前Pro/E软件已得到广泛应用,因此本文开发了基于Pro/E的法兰参数化CAD系统。本系统是在Windows XP的微机操作系统上,利用Visual C++6.0作为开发工具,结合SQL Server数据库管理技术,以Pro/E 2.0为二次开发平台来实现的。利用该CAD系统,用户可以直接调用数据库中存储的法兰设计参数,实现产品的快速开发与设计。本文开发的系统避免了法兰的重复造型,大大提高产品的设计效率和设计质量,具有实用价值和可扩展性;同时本文的研究有利于推动和促进CAD/CAE/CAM技术和数据库管理系统在企业的深入发展和应用。综上所述,本论文的主要内容有: 1.以基于Program(程序)的法兰自动化建模方法,在Pro/E环境下建立法兰标准件三维模型库; 2.对Pro/E二次开发及接口技术作了深入研究和应用,利用Pro/Toolkit和VisualC++ 6.0开发工具进行系统接口应用程序的设计和人机交互界面的设计; 3.研究基于C/S模式的工程数据库的建立与管理技术,利用SQL Server建立法兰工程数据库,并对Pro/E系统和SQL Server数据库的ADO数据访问技术进行了研究;
[Abstract]:In the era of economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are in urgent need of digital manufacturing technology. However, in the design and manufacture of mechanical products, there are a large number of parts with the same geometric topology or similar size and different sizes, which often cause frequent repetitive work, and at the same time, a large amount of design data and engineering data are also used. Setting up the part engineering database can make good use of the powerful processing ability of the computer and realize the automatic processing and efficient management of the data. The CAD/CAM system based on digital 3D model provides a good solution, so it is meaningful to study the technology and method of digital manufacturing CAD system based on flange. In view of the wide application of Pro/E software, a parametric CAD system for flange based on Pro/E is developed in this paper. This system is realized on the microcomputer operating system of Windows XP, using Visual C 6.0 as the development tool, combining with the SQL Server database management technology, and taking Pro/E 2.0 as the secondary development platform. With this CAD system, the user can directly call the flange design parameters stored in the database, and realize the rapid development and design of the product. The system developed in this paper avoids the repeated modeling of flange, greatly improves the design efficiency and quality of the product, and has practical value and expansibility. At the same time, the research of this paper is conducive to promote and promote the development and application of CAD/CAE/CAM technology and database management system in enterprises. To sum up, the main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on Program (program) based on flange automation modeling method, in the Pro/E environment to establish a flange standard parts three-dimensional model library; 2. The secondary development and interface technology of Pro/E are deeply studied and applied. The system interface application program and man-machine interface are designed by using Pro/Toolkit and VisualC 6.0 development tools. 3. This paper studies the establishment and management technology of engineering database based on C / S mode, establishes the flange engineering database by SQL Server, and studies the ADO data access technology of Pro/E system and SQL Server database.
