行星齿轮传动用齿式联轴器齿廓修形研究

【摘要】:对于太阳轮轴与齿式联轴器相连接的行星传动装置,太阳轮浮动量直接决定了齿式联轴器所需补偿的偏转角,但由于太阳轮的浮动量受行星轮系各部件误差的综合影响,其真实值很难求解及测量。基于动力学分析原理提出了一种求解太阳轮浮动量的方法,考虑了行星轮系关键部件的制造、安装误差,运用当量啮合误差的方法建立了行星轮系的动力学模型,并根据鼓形花键与太阳轮轴的几何关系,对鼓形齿进行修形,以减小两连接轴的不对中度。最后对某行星齿轮传动装置进行试验验证,实验结果较好地证明了理论模型的正确性,具有一定的工程应用价值。
[Abstract]:For the planetary transmission device which is connected with the solar wheel shaft and the gear coupling, the floating amount of the solar wheel directly determines the offset angle required by the gear coupling. However, the floating amount of the solar wheel is affected by the errors of the components of the planetary gear train. Its true value is difficult to solve and measure. Based on the principle of dynamic analysis, a method to solve the floating quantity of solar wheel is proposed. The manufacturing and installation errors of the key components of the planetary gear train are considered, and the dynamic model of the planetary gear train is established by using the method of equivalent meshing error. According to the geometric relationship between the drum spline and the sun wheel shaft, the drum tooth was modified to reduce the misalignment of the two connecting shafts. Finally, a planetary gear transmission device is tested and verified. The experimental results show that the theoretical model is correct and has certain engineering application value.
