基于数值计算方法的蜗线齿轮副设计

【摘要】:针对蜗线齿轮副中共轭齿轮节曲线向径与其转角间无明确函数表达式的问题,采用数值计算方法得到了主从动轮转角间的函数关系,从而确定了从动轮节曲线方程,利用绘图软件对蜗线齿轮副进行了建模仿真。通过对比从动轮理论与实际转角之间的误差,检验了齿轮副设计精度并验证了该方法的可行性。该方法计算简便高效,齿轮设计精度满足该类齿轮的实际加工需求,为蜗线齿轮副的设计与建模提供了新方法,为蜗线齿轮传动系统的运动学以及动力学特性分析奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that there is no explicit functional expression between the curve diameters of conjugate gears and their rotation angles in cochlear gear pairs, the functional relationship between the rotation angles of the master and slave gears is obtained by using the numerical calculation method, and the curve equation of the pitch curves of the slave gears is determined. The cochlear line gear pair is modeled and simulated by drawing software. By comparing the error between the theory and the actual rotation angle, the design accuracy of the gear pair is tested and the feasibility of the method is verified. This method is simple and efficient, and the precision of gear design can meet the practical machining requirement of this kind of gear. It provides a new method for the design and modeling of cochlear line gear pair, and lays a foundation for the kinematics and dynamic characteristic analysis of cochlear line gear transmission system.
