编织衬垫自润滑关节轴承粘结方法研究

【摘要】:自润滑关节轴承越来越广泛地应用在航空、航天、铁道机车等高科技领域,由于PTFE表面能极低、湿润能力差,难以保证它与其他材料的粘结牢固,而通过加入其他纤维可以改善织物衬垫整体的粘结性。大量实验表明PTFE纤维织物衬垫只有在适宜的粘结工艺下,才能保证其与基体的结合强度。因此,本文结合自润滑关节轴承使用工况,对采用不同粘结方法制备的轴承进行剥离强度测试和摩擦学性能试验,通过大量的试验,研究了不同粘结方法及摆动条件对关节轴承摩擦学性能的影响,并结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、三维表面轮廓测试仪、EDAX能谱分析仪(EDS)对衬垫磨损表面形貌进行了微观分析,分析了不同粘结方法及摆动条件对关节轴承摩擦学性能的影响规律。主要研究工作如下: 自主设计并制备了一套用于小型关节轴承剥离试验的配套夹具,实现了小型关节轴承粘结面的曲面剥离试验,夹具结构简单、夹持和更换试样方便,保证了剥离试验的顺利进行。 通过对不同粘结方法的关节轴承进行衬垫剥离试验,分析了影响衬垫剥离强度的因素及其影响规律。对不同粘结方法轴承进行不同摆动频率和不同摆动方式的摩擦学性能试验,探讨了粘结方法、衬垫材料及摆动条件等因素对轴承摩擦系数、磨损量及摩擦温度的影响规律,进一步提出了不同工况条件下最佳的轴承类型。 采用三维形貌轮廓仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)对关节轴承自润滑衬垫磨损表面形貌进行了微观分析,探讨了粘结方法、衬垫材料及摆动条件等因素对衬垫材料磨损机理的影响。对进一步改善自润滑关节轴承粘结工艺具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Self-lubricating joint bearings are more and more widely used in high-tech fields such as aviation, aerospace, railway locomotives and so on. Due to the extremely low surface energy and poor wetting ability of PTFE, it is difficult to ensure its bond with other materials firmly. By adding other fibers, the overall adhesion of fabric liner can be improved. A large number of experiments show that the binding strength of PTFE fiber fabric liner can only be guaranteed by proper bonding process. Therefore, combined with the operating conditions of self-lubricating joint bearings, the peeling strength and tribological properties of the bearings prepared by different bonding methods were tested, and a large number of tests were carried out. The effects of different bonding methods and oscillating conditions on the tribological properties of joint bearings were studied. The wear surface morphology of the liner was analyzed with scanning electron microscope (SEM) (SEM), 3D surface profile tester and EDAX energy spectrum analyzer (EDS). The effects of different bonding methods and oscillating conditions on the tribological properties of joint bearings are analyzed. The main research work is as follows: a set of supporting fixture for small joint bearing peeling test is designed and fabricated, and the surface peeling test of small joint bearing bond surface is realized. The structure of the fixture is simple. It is convenient to clamp and replace the specimen and ensure the smooth exfoliation test. Based on the peeling test of joint bearings with different bonding methods, the factors affecting the peeling strength of the gaskets and their influencing rules are analyzed. The tribological properties of bearings with different oscillating frequencies and different swinging modes were tested with different bonding methods. The effects of bonding method, cushion materials and swing conditions on the friction coefficient, wear quantity and friction temperature of bearings were discussed. Furthermore, the best bearing type under different working conditions is put forward. The wear surface morphology of self-lubricating liner of joint bearing was analyzed by means of three-dimensional profilometer and scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy spectrometer (EDS), and the bonding method was discussed. The influence of cushion material and swing condition on the wear mechanism of liner material. It has certain reference value for further improving bonding technology of self-lubricating joint bearing.
