阶梯型形貌润滑机理的研究

【摘要】:本学位论文主要对滑块轴承表面的阶梯几何形貌产生的润滑效应进行了实验和理论研究,,并对亚微米膜厚时阶梯轴承承载机理进行了探索。使用FST-I型面接触润滑油膜测量系统研究对不同阶梯形貌下滑块轴承的油膜厚度进行了测量,同时利用Fluent流体分析软件对接触区流体运动进行了模拟,对试验结果进行了理论分析。完成的工作包括: (1)学习了FST-I型面接触润滑油膜测量系统的工作原理和测量技术。对光源系统进行了更新,并且探索了阶梯型滑块平行油膜的实验测量技术。 (2)通过油膜厚度的测量,分别研究了阶梯宽度、深度、倾角、位置和数量对轴承特性的影响。结果表明,阶梯最优宽度比例约为0.75;阶梯结构的深度与油膜的厚度有直接的关系,当膜厚很低时,阶梯的深度对承载力的影响较大;平行条件下阶梯倾角为0°时的具有最优的承载力;并不是说阶梯的数量越多越好,也存在一个最优的情况,其中Step-Groove的润滑特性最好;阶梯结构在中间时不具有承载力。 (3)在大膜厚范围内对阶梯轴承的承载机理进行了研究,得到的速度膜厚曲线分为三个区域。低速下的第I区油膜厚度对速度无明显依赖性,此时表面微观形貌产生的局部流体动压效应起主要作用;高速下的第II区油膜厚度与速度在对数坐标下呈线性关系,此时阶梯轴承的宏观流体动压效应起主要作用。中间的过渡区油膜厚度发生跳跃性增长。 (4)利用Fluent对阶梯滑块的承载进行了数值模拟计算,得到了与试验结果相一致的结论。通过用正弦曲线模拟表面微观相貌,进行数值模拟计算,得到的模拟结果与理论值基本一致,从而证实了我们对试验结论的推测。
[Abstract]:In this dissertation, the lubrication effect of stepped geometry on the surface of sliding block bearing is studied experimentally and theoretically, and the bearing mechanism of stepped bearing with submicron film thickness is explored. The oil film thickness of sliding block bearing was measured with FST-I contact lubricant film measurement system, and the fluid movement in contact area was simulated by Fluent fluid analysis software. The experimental results are theoretically analyzed. The main contents are as follows: (1) the working principle and measuring technology of FST-I surface contact lubricant film measuring system are studied. The light source system is updated, and the experimental measurement technology of the parallel oil film of the ladder slider is explored. (2) by measuring the thickness of the oil film, the width, depth and inclination of the ladder are studied, respectively. The effect of position and quantity on bearing characteristics. The results show that the optimum ratio of ladder width is about 0.75, the depth of ladder structure is directly related to the thickness of oil film, and when the film thickness is very low, the depth of step has a great influence on the bearing capacity. The optimum bearing capacity is obtained when the gradient angle is 0 掳in parallel condition, and it is not said that the more steps are the better, there is an optimal condition, in which the lubricating property of Step-Groove is the best. Step structure does not have bearing capacity in the middle. (3) the bearing mechanism of stepped bearing is studied in the large film thickness range, and the velocity film thickness curve is divided into three regions. The oil film thickness of the first region at low speed has no obvious dependence on the velocity, and the local hydrodynamic pressure effect caused by the surface microscopic morphology plays a major role, and the thickness of the oil film in the II region at high speed has a linear relationship with the velocity in logarithmic coordinates. At this point, the macro hydrodynamic pressure effect of step bearing plays a major role. The thickness of oil film in the intermediate transition zone increases by leaps and bounds. (4) the numerical simulation of the bearing capacity of the stepped slider is carried out by using Fluent, and the results are in agreement with the experimental results. By using sinusoidal curve to simulate the microcosmic appearance of the surface, the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical values, which confirms our prediction of the experimental results.
