轧机变速箱振动故障分析与诊断研究

【摘要】:变速箱是当今机械设备中不可或缺的组成部分,广泛应用于现代冶金、化工、动力等工业领域。在长期的高速、重载荷工作条件下,变速箱极易出现故障,,设备故障的预知预防和诊断分析越来越受到人们的关注。近几十年来,故障诊断技术发展迅速,其中以信号的提取和特征分析作为最主要的诊断分析方法。 论文从机械振动信号的调制原理入手,介绍了变速箱振动信号在几种调制下的特点和典型故障分析,结合振动信号的时域、频域分析方法,如:波形分析法、统计分析法、功率谱分析法、边频带分析法和倒频谱分析法。振动信号包含了丰富了故障信息,从信号中提取变速箱的故障特征,得出常见故障形态下的分析诊断是最普遍的故障分析方法,为工程应用提供了理论依据。最后,论文以酸轧机组轧机变速箱事故为研究对象,对轧机变速箱进行了状态监测与故障诊断,运用振动信号的频谱分析方法找出变速箱故障发生的原因,达到了快而准的工程应用效果,实现了理论成果应用于工程实际并转化为生产力的目的。
[Abstract]:Gearbox is an indispensable part of mechanical equipment, widely used in modern metallurgical, chemical, power and other industrial fields. Under the condition of high speed and heavy load for a long time, the gearbox is prone to malfunction. People pay more and more attention to the prediction, prevention and diagnosis of the equipment fault. In recent decades, fault diagnosis technology has developed rapidly, in which signal extraction and feature analysis are the main methods of diagnosis and analysis. Starting with the modulation principle of mechanical vibration signal, this paper introduces the characteristics and typical fault analysis of vibration signal of gearbox under several kinds of modulation, and combines the time domain and frequency domain analysis method of vibration signal, such as waveform analysis, statistical analysis, etc. Power spectrum analysis, edge band analysis and cepstrum analysis. The vibration signal contains rich fault information. The fault characteristics of the gearbox are extracted from the signal. It is concluded that the analysis and diagnosis under the common fault form is the most common fault analysis method, which provides the theoretical basis for engineering application. Finally, taking the transmission accident of acid rolling mill as the research object, the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the gearbox are carried out, and the cause of the gearbox fault is found by using the frequency spectrum analysis method of vibration signal. The rapid and accurate effect of engineering application has been achieved, and the purpose of applying theoretical results to engineering practice and transforming them into productive forces has been realized.
