钢丝绳芯输送带断裂仿真及有限元分析

【摘要】:带式输送机作为散状物料和块状物料的主要输送设备,具有输送物料种类广泛、输送能力范围宽、输送线路的适应性强、灵活的装卸料和费用低等优点,被广泛地应用于煤炭、冶金、电力、化工、港口、建材及粮食等行业。输送带是带式输送机最重要的组成部件,几乎占整个输送机系统的40%以上,同时其费用也约占整个输送机费用的一半左右,在整个带式输送机系统中占据着举足轻重的地位。然而由于输送带在工作时要承受各种大小和性质不同的复杂应力作用,以及其恶劣的工作环境等多方面因素影响,输送带经常会遭受不同程度的损坏,例如胶面磨损、扯边、断芯等,严重时会导致输送带的横向断裂,一旦输送带发生断带将造成非常严重的经济损失。 本文以带式输送机在实际生产中经常出现的输送带断带问题为背景展开,研究了输送带的粘弹特性和力学模型,并推导了基于悬垂度的输送带等效弹性模量表达式;建立了带式输送机的数学模型,并结合数值分析的方法在Matlab环境下对某条上运式输送机的断带事故进行了动态仿真研究,重点讨论了输送带断裂后的逆转下滑和回弹卷曲现象的产生及其影响因素;应用了有限元分析软件ABAQUS模拟现场实验研究输送带的力学性能,将有限元计算所得弹性模量与实验值相比较,验证了该方法的可行性及模型准确性;研究了输送带内钢丝绳的拔出过程,以及输送带内钢丝发生断裂后的力学特征。
[Abstract]:As the main conveying equipment of bulk and bulk materials, belt conveyor is widely used in coal because of its wide variety of conveying materials, wide range of conveying capacity, strong adaptability of transmission lines, flexible loading and unloading materials and low cost. Metallurgical, power, chemical, port, building materials and grain industries. Conveyor belt is the most important component of belt conveyor, almost accounting for more than 40% of the whole conveyor system, at the same time, its cost is about half of the cost of the whole conveyor, which occupies a pivotal position in the whole belt conveyor system. However, because the conveyor belt is subjected to various complex stresses of different sizes and properties, as well as its harsh working environment and other factors, the conveyor belt is often subjected to various degrees of damage, such as rubber surface wear, rigging, etc. When the core is broken, it will lead to the transversal fracture of the conveyor belt. Once the belt breaks, it will cause very serious economic losses. In this paper, the viscoelastic properties and mechanical model of belt conveyor are studied, and the equivalent elastic modulus expression of conveyor belt based on drape degree is deduced. The mathematical model of belt conveyor is established, and the dynamic simulation of belt breaking accident of a belt conveyor under the environment of Matlab is carried out with the method of numerical analysis. This paper mainly discusses the phenomenon of reverse sliding and springback curling after the fracture of conveyor belt and its influencing factors, and applies the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to simulate the field experiment to study the mechanical properties of conveyor belt. The feasibility and accuracy of the method are verified by comparing the elastic modulus calculated by the finite element method with the experimental data, and the pull-out process of the wire rope in the conveyor belt and the mechanical characteristics of the steel wire in the conveyor belt after fracture are studied.
