高承载谐波齿轮传动技术的研究

【摘要】:针对传统谐波传动轮齿啮合质量较差和整体刚度不高等缺点,为进一步提高谐波齿轮传动的承载能力,设计出新型谐波传动机构,论文重点从谐波齿轮的齿形、柔轮结构、强度及刚度等几方面进行对谐波齿轮传动的研究。 论文首先从提高齿轮承载能力的角度出发,参照切线式双圆弧齿轮设计柔轮齿形,及与其共轭的刚轮齿形。其次对柔轮的强度和刚度计算公式作了理论上的推导,并以此作为柔轮结构设计的依据。利用优化算法,实现以减小柔轮体积并提高柔轮承载能力和刚度为目的的柔轮结构参数优化。 文中应用ABAQUS进行谐波齿轮结构的力学特性分析,对设计齿形与传统的渐开线齿形作比较,验证了具有圆弧齿形的轮齿承载能力比渐开线齿形要好。通过仿真计算验证所推导的柔轮刚度计算公式的正确性,并分析了柔轮刚度随载荷变化的情况。加工柔轮的刀具通常为滚刀刀具,用近似齿形刀具加工柔轮得到的轮齿曲面误差较大,为此论文以空间共轭理论为依据推导出与柔轮齿形共轭的刀具齿面方程。论文的研究为提高谐波齿轮传动的承载能力提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the bearing capacity of harmonic gear transmission, a new type of harmonic transmission mechanism is designed in order to improve the bearing capacity of harmonic gear transmission. The paper focuses on the tooth shape of harmonic gear and the structure of flexible wheel, aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional harmonic drive gear teeth meshing quality and overall stiffness. The harmonic gear transmission is studied in terms of strength and stiffness. Firstly, from the point of view of improving the bearing capacity of gear, the tooth profile of flexible wheel and its conjugate rigid gear are designed with reference to tangent double circular arc gear. Secondly, the formula of flexure wheel strength and stiffness is deduced theoretically, and it is used as the basis of flexure wheel structure design. The optimization algorithm is used to optimize the structural parameters of flexible wheel in order to reduce the volume of flexible wheel and improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of flexible wheel. In this paper, ABAQUS is used to analyze the mechanical characteristics of harmonic gear structure. The comparison between the designed tooth shape and the traditional involute tooth shape is made. It is verified that the bearing capacity of the gear tooth with circular arc tooth shape is better than that with involute tooth shape. The correctness of the stiffness calculation formula is verified by simulation, and the variation of flexwheel stiffness with load is analyzed. The cutting tool for machining flexure wheel is usually hob tool, and the surface error of gear tooth obtained by using approximate tooth shape tool is large. Therefore, based on the theory of spatial conjugation, the equation of tooth surface of the tool is deduced based on the theory of space conjugation. The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis for improving the bearing capacity of harmonic gear transmission.
