基于QR技术新型验钞机关键技术研究与实现

【摘要】:随着我国经济和科技的飞速发展,人们的生活水平也在不断的提高,日常生活中现金流通也越来越频繁。与此同时,制、贩假币的现象也越来越多,且呈上升趋势。尽管验钞机的功能在不断的升级,可是随着高科技的发展,假币的制作技术也在逐步提高,造假的仿真程度让人防不胜防。现在所有的基于工艺型的纸币防伪技术很难满足实际需求。因此,纸币防伪技术的改进势在必行。 目前,现有市场生产的自动的验钞机,只能验钞和识别真伪,在验钞过程中,所产生的带菌灰尘,没有处理,既使设有除尘引风机和存灰盒,但是,带菌灰尘很容易扩散传播,危害工作人员的身体健康。在网上查询和实地考察,目前市场未发现带有除尘消毒装置的验钞机。为了人们的身体健康,带有除尘消毒装置验钞机的制造、推广、应用非常必要。 纸币的防伪是世界各国金融系统都面临的十分重要又棘手的问题,本文在保留了纸币原有防伪功能的基础上,提出了一种将数字化的QR Code二维码与数字水印技术相结合的新型的数字化防伪技术。利用RSA加密算法对纸币代码进行加密,,并生成二维码。最后利用DWT域水印算法嵌入和提取水印图像。仿真实验结果证明了该技术的有效性。 数字化水印技术应用到纸币防伪中,是将QR Code二维码图形作为数字水印,经Arnold变换置乱后嵌入到纸币中。依据人类视觉的差异,应该选择小波系数变化比较大的位置嵌入QR Code二维码图形,嵌入该图形的强度应按照小波系数的大小,自适应的嵌入到低频域当中,并且采用基于ARM11的嵌入式系统作为数字化水印的检测装置以提取QR Code二维码图形。实验表明该算法在确保纸币水印不可见性的同时,具有较强的抗噪声能力,对纸币的污损、剪切、噪声等操作具有较好的鲁棒性。 二维条码应用到纸币防伪中,是将纸币号码先进行加密,将加密码再编码生成码字序列及纠错码,最终形成二维码图形,掩码之后再用数字化水印技术嵌入到纸币中。提取的时候,就是嵌入的逆过程,先提取出水印图形,再进行二维码译码,最后辨别真伪。 最后本文在以上技术的基础上应用了紫外杀菌技术,将具有宽紫外波段的LED灯加到该系统中,实现了数字化水印、二维码防伪和杀菌为一体的验钞技术。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and science and technology in our country, people's living standard is improving constantly, and cash circulation is becoming more and more frequent in daily life. At the same time, the system, the phenomenon of counterfeit money also more and more, and an upward trend. Although the function of the detector is constantly upgrading, but with the development of high technology, the production technology of counterfeit coins is also gradually improved, the simulation degree of counterfeiting is difficult to prevent. Now all the technology-based paper money security technology is very difficult to meet the actual needs. Therefore, the improvement of paper currency security technology is imperative. At present, the automatic cash detector produced in the existing market can only check and identify the authenticity and authenticity of the banknote. During the process of checking the banknote, the bacteria dust produced has not been dealt with, even though there are dust traps and ash storage boxes, but the dust with bacteria spreads easily. Endanger the health of the staff. On-line inquiry and field inspection, the market has not found a dusting and disinfection device with a cash detector. For the sake of people's health, it is necessary to manufacture and popularize the cash detector with dust-removing and sterilizing device. The security of banknotes is a very important and difficult problem that the financial systems of all countries in the world are facing. This paper retains the original anti-counterfeiting function of banknotes. This paper presents a new digital anti-counterfeiting technology which combines digital QR Code two-dimension code with digital watermarking technology. RSA encryption algorithm is used to encrypt the banknote code and generate the two-dimensional code. Finally, the watermark image is embedded and extracted using DWT domain watermarking algorithm. Simulation results show the effectiveness of this technique. The digital watermarking technology is applied to the paper currency security. The QR Code two-dimensional code graph is used as the digital watermark, which is embedded in the paper currency by Arnold transform scrambling. According to the difference of human vision, we should choose the position in which the wavelet coefficients change greatly and embed the QR Code two-dimensional code figure. The intensity of embedding the image should be adaptively embedded into the low frequency domain according to the size of the wavelet coefficient. And the embedded system based on ARM11 is used as the detection device of digital watermark to extract QR Code two-dimensional code graphics. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm not only ensures the invisibility of banknote watermark, but also has a strong anti-noise ability, and is robust to the operation of paper currency such as filth, shear and noise. In the application of two-dimensional bar code to banknote security, the paper currency number is encrypted first, and the code sequence and error-correcting code are generated by adding the cipher code to generate the code sequence and error correction code. Finally, the two-dimensional code graph is formed, and then the mask is embedded into the banknote by digital watermarking technology. When extracting, it is the inverse process of embedding. Firstly, the watermark is extracted, then decoded by two-dimensional code, and finally the true and false are identified. Finally, based on the above technology, the ultraviolet sterilization technology is applied, and the LED lamp with wide ultraviolet band is added to the system, which realizes the digital watermark, the anti-counterfeiting of two-dimensional code and the sterilizing technology.
