海上大型圆筒对位过程液压与电气控制系统的研究

【摘要】:随着全世界的经济的不断发展,对能源的需求量也与日俱增,,人们对于能源的需求逐渐从陆地转到海洋,以此来解决自身的能源危机。海上石油钻井平台、海上大型发电设备等各种海工设备越来越受到重视。在海上大型圆筒的对位安装过程中,由于圆筒重量重、所需的空间大、自身结构复杂以及海浪颠簸起伏等一系列条件,使得大型圆筒的安装遇到一定的难题。因此有必要设计一套合适的海上大型圆筒对位安装液压与电气控制系统。本文基于机械设计、液压系统及计算机工业控制理论,借鉴国内外相关工程经验,对自动对位安装系统进行了相关探讨。 本文针对海上大型圆筒安装自动对位系统,主要做了以下研究: (1)对多缸同步液压系统进行分析并进行适当的简化,利用AMESim软件搭建了六缸同步液压系统模型,并对其进行了仿真分析,得到了六缸位移同步曲线及液压系统中的压力波动等特性曲线。 (2)设计自动对中机械方案、液压系统及电气监控系统。利用Visual Basic6.0软件搭建了自动对中的开发平台,根据精定位阶段的控制算法,编写相关的程序。本课题综合已有技术和经验,借鉴国外相关项目资料,提出精定位自动对中系统的激光检测方案及控制算法,使对接的法兰螺栓孔对中。 (3)分析整体控制系统的总体控制需求,建立以PLC为控制核心,触摸屏及工控机作为监控单元的管控一体化的海上大型圆筒对位安装的监控系统。 通过以上内容的研究,得出了一些重要结论,为以后大型圆筒法兰对中提供一种新的方法和思路。最后,对进一步工作的方向进行了简要的讨论。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the world economy, the demand for energy is also increasing. The demand for energy is gradually transferred from land to sea, in order to solve their own energy crisis. Offshore oil drilling platforms, offshore large-scale power generation equipment and other marine equipment has been paid more and more attention. During the installation of large cylinders on the sea, due to their heavy weight, large space, complicated structure and ups and downs of waves, the installation of large cylinders has encountered some difficulties. Therefore, it is necessary to design a suitable hydraulic and electrical control system. Based on the theory of mechanical design, hydraulic system and computer industry control, and referring to the relevant engineering experience at home and abroad, this paper discusses the automatic alignment installation system. In this paper, the main research work is as follows: (1) the multi-cylinder synchronous hydraulic system is analyzed and simplified, and a six-cylinder synchronous hydraulic system model is built by using AMESim software. The characteristic curves of displacement synchronization of six cylinders and pressure fluctuation in hydraulic system are obtained. (2) automatic alignment mechanical scheme, hydraulic system and electrical monitoring system are designed. The development platform of automatic alignment is built by using Visual Basic6.0 software. According to the control algorithm of precise positioning stage, the relevant programs are written. This subject synthesizes the existing technology and the experience, draws lessons from the foreign related item data, proposes the precision localization automatic alignment system laser detection plan and the control algorithm, Make the butt flange bolt hole alignment. (3) analyze the overall control requirements of the overall control system, establish the PLC as the control core, Touch screen and industrial control computer as the monitoring unit of the integrated monitoring system for the installation of large-scale cylinders on the sea. Through the above research, some important conclusions are obtained, which provide a new method and train of thought for the large cylinder flange alignment in the future. Finally, the direction of further work is briefly discussed.
