高速密封角接触球轴承内部空间计算与填脂量分析

【摘要】：通过理论计算和分析高速密封角接触球轴承的内部空间状态,将轴承密封空间分为动空间和静空间2部分,并以高速密封角接触球轴承7005C/HQ1P4为对象,在不同填脂量下对轴承进行跑合试验。结果表明,高速密封角接触球轴承填脂量与轴承内部空间状态有重要的关系,应根据轴承静空间比例进行选择合适的填脂量。
[Abstract]:Through theoretical calculation and analysis of the internal space state of high speed sealed angular contact ball bearing, the sealing space of bearing is divided into two parts: dynamic space and static space. The 7005C/HQ1P4 of high speed sealed angular contact ball bearing is taken as an object. The running-fit test of bearing was carried out under different fat filling amount. The results show that there is an important relationship between the filling amount of grease and the internal space state of the bearing, and the proper amount of grease filling should be selected according to the ratio of the static space of the bearing.
