新型矿用自动润滑装置系统仿真与实验分析

【摘要】:针对一种新型多点润滑系统动力学特性进行仿真研究.通过对润滑系统的设计特点和需求提出了润滑系统的结构设计方案;基于润滑系统工作特点,建立了液压系统仿真模型;通过仿真模型对驱动装置、泵送系统注油腔、储油腔进行虚拟仿真。实验验证了该润滑系统的可行性,对提高设备的性能提供了参考。
[Abstract]:The dynamic characteristics of a new multi-point lubrication system are simulated. According to the design characteristics and requirements of the lubrication system, the structural design scheme of the lubrication system is put forward, and the simulation model of the hydraulic system is established based on the working characteristics of the lubrication system. The simulation model is used to simulate the driving device, pumping system oil injection chamber and oil storage chamber. The feasibility of the lubrication system is verified by experiments, which provides a reference for improving the performance of the equipment.
