三通气压电磁阀可靠性设计及实现

【摘要】:气动技术是实现自动化和机械化的有效手段之一,具有高速高效、洁净安全、低成本及易维护等优点,其在工业领域中的应用正日益广泛。不难预料,随着科技的发展,气动技术将得到更大的发展空间,并将在工业自动化方面得到更广泛的应用。 本文首先介绍了气压电磁阀的发展概况以及可靠性技术研究现状。接着详细介绍了气压电磁阀的一般设计方法,分别从磁隙分析、结构形式以及电磁系统设计等方面加以阐述。在介绍了可靠性设计概论后,结合自己从事的科研工作,对三通气压电磁阀的可靠性性能做了深入分析。在缺乏广泛理论研究的基础上,结合产品的实际使用情况及试验调试过程中出现的故障,作者总结并给出了三通气压电磁阀故障树模型。在改进设计中,注重失效模式与产品性能的关联影响,综合分析产品的各项性能指标,提出了三通气压电磁阀的可靠性设计方法,克服了以往设计中存在的此消彼长的弊端。不仅如此,在注重改进设计的同时,加强了对产品研制工艺环节的可靠性工作研究,通过对设计环节和加工制造环节的全过程可靠性工作,产品的可靠性得到了较大提高。改进设计后的产品,经试验验证,综合性能指标有了较大幅度地提高,可靠性也有了显著增长,特别是其工作寿命得到了翻倍的提高。尽管研究工作有一定的局限性,但对类似气压电磁阀的研制设计仍有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Pneumatic technology is one of the effective means to realize automation and mechanization. It has the advantages of high speed, high efficiency, clean and safe, low cost and easy maintenance. It is not difficult to predict that with the development of science and technology, pneumatic technology will get more development space, and will be more widely used in industrial automation. This paper first introduces the development of pneumatic solenoid valve and the research status of reliability technology. Then the general design method of pneumatic solenoid valve is introduced in detail, including magnetic gap analysis, structure form and electromagnetic system design. After introducing the introduction of reliability design, the reliability performance of three-way pneumatic solenoid valve is deeply analyzed in combination with its own scientific research work. On the basis of the lack of extensive theoretical research, combined with the actual use of the product and the faults in the process of test and debugging, the fault tree model of the three-way pneumatic solenoid valve is summarized and given. In the process of improving design, the relationship between failure mode and product performance is paid attention to, and the reliability design method of three-way pneumatic solenoid valve is put forward by synthetically analyzing the various performance indexes of the product, which overcomes the drawback that existed in the previous design. Not only that, but also the research on the reliability of the process of product development has been strengthened, and the reliability of the product has been greatly improved through the reliability work of the whole process of the design link and the manufacturing link. The experimental results show that the comprehensive performance index has been greatly improved, and the reliability has increased significantly, especially its working life has been doubled. Although the research work has some limitations, it still has some reference significance for the development and design of similar pneumatic solenoid valve.
