滚动轴承故障检测系统与实验研究

【摘要】:滚动轴承是旋转机械中使用最广泛,同时也是最易损坏的机械部件之一。许多旋转机械的故障都与滚动轴承运行的状态有关,其运行状态良好与否对机器设备工作状况的影响极大。因此,进行滚动轴承故障诊断技术研究具有很强的现实意义。 在本课题的研究中,首先研究了滚动轴承故障检测的理论与方法,应用共振解调原理设计了滚动轴承故障检测系统信号处理电路,其中包括电荷放大器、滤波器电路、检波电路及峰值均值电路等;其次,为使用PC机分析处理振动信号,使用具有USB控制器和A/D转换器的混合信号微处理器C8051F340,设计了一种可通过USB接口和VB6.0程序实现与PC机联机的数据采集电路。再次,编写了上位机应用软件,该软件具有实时监测、频谱分析、频谱细化、倒频谱分析及频谱平均等功能。 最后,将本系统应用于滚动轴承振动测试实验,针对具有典型故障的轴承进行实验测量,测量结果与理论计算值基本吻合,验证了本故障诊断系统的正确性和实用性。
[Abstract]:Rolling bearing is one of the most widely used and easily damaged parts in rotating machinery. The faults of many rotating machinery are related to the running state of rolling bearing, and the good running condition has a great influence on the working condition of the machine and equipment. Therefore, the study of rolling bearing fault diagnosis technology has a strong practical significance. In the research of this subject, firstly, the theory and method of rolling bearing fault detection are studied, and the signal processing circuit of rolling bearing fault detection system is designed by applying the principle of resonance demodulation, including charge amplifier and filter circuit. Detection circuit and peak value circuit; Secondly, in order to use PC machine to analyze and process vibration signals, a kind of data acquisition circuit which can be connected with PC computer through USB interface and VB6.0 program is designed by using C8051F340, a mixed signal microprocessor with USB controller and A / D converter. Thirdly, the application software of upper computer is written, which has the functions of real-time monitoring, spectrum analysis, spectrum refinement, cepstrum analysis and spectrum averaging. Finally, the system is applied to the vibration test experiment of rolling bearing, and the experimental measurement for bearing with typical fault is carried out. The measured results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation value, which verifies the correctness and practicability of the fault diagnosis system.
